00:01WWJ's Luke Sloan here this morning with an update on this water main break in Chesterfield Township.
00:07Once again, this is on 24 mile near Gratiot.
00:11The Great Lakes Water Authority says repairs here are going to take until the end of next week.
00:15That's because this power pole right in front of us is teetering right on the edge of the hole they're
00:22digging to repair the water main.
00:23So they've had to stabilize that power line.
00:26And because of that, they have to work very carefully to make sure it doesn't fall down while they're repairing
00:30the water main.
00:31And because of that, the village of New Haven will have a boil water advisory.
00:35For the next two to three days, it should be lifted by the weekend.
00:38And then for residents of Northern Lenox Township near Gratiot north of 30 mile,
00:44the boil water advisory there will last until the end of next week once the repairs are wrapped up.
00:49Once again, this was caused yesterday when a DTE contractor putting in a new pole hit the water main here,
00:55caused it to burst, also caused school closures this morning as well.
00:59For now кажется, it was about to площадку, too, that's the cheapest way that you could for that сто call
00:59us all that rain.
01:00So this is ourهallenceatherer, but it can also be about to walk away from your loved plant.
