00:00I want to hit another subject before I end my opening statement, and that's Iran.
00:05What if we got the greatest deal ever from Iran?
00:09They're going to give up their nukes, they're going to give up their ballistic missiles,
00:13they're going to become Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, no more terrorism.
00:17That's right.
00:18They're going to reject their own Islamist ideology of the 7th century
00:23that they've used to indoctrinate others, that they preach every single day.
00:28That's right.
00:30Khomeini's going to become Mahatma Gandhi, and the world is going to have peace forever.
00:35Yeah, we'll sign that deal, sure, we'll sign it.
00:39Now, why would they sign such a deal?
00:42What if it's the greatest deal of all deals ever?
00:45Why would they sign it?
00:47You see, the problem is, ladies and gentlemen, it's not a matter of a deal,
00:52a negotiation, or diplomacy, or playing this thing out.
00:57But Khomeini, the Islamists, Nazis, have told us what they're going to do.
01:04And they believe this is directed by God.
01:09And they have slaughtered tens of thousands of their own people in the last few weeks,
01:14over the years, in order to advance this agenda.
01:19Do you think signing a deal is going to stop anything?
01:23Do you think they're going to honor the deal?
01:25Well, the issue isn't whether we negotiate.
01:28The question is, why do we negotiate?
01:31The question is, why do we think some deal is going to keep these people under control?
01:39No, it's not.
01:41No, it might temporarily.
01:43They may pull back temporarily, exactly what North Korea did.
01:48Oh, they pulled back.
01:49They pulled back for a few years, and then all of a sudden,
01:52hey, guess what?
01:53We have a few nukes.
01:55They will play this game.
01:56They look at long ball.
01:57And even if they were to pull back during the Trump presidency,
02:01that's three more years.
02:02What about after that?
02:03What if we get a Biden or an Obama?
02:06Or what if we get some weak Republican?
02:08The only president to actually take forceful action against Iran
02:12is President today, Donald Trump.
02:14What happens when he leaves?
02:15Ladies and gentlemen, we cannot, as our generation,
02:18leave it to the next generation, our children and grandchildren,
02:21to deal with this.
02:22We must deal with this.
02:24Or they'll have tens of thousands of ballistic missiles.
02:27They'll have scores of nuclear warheads.
02:30And they will be able to reach our country.
02:32And since they've been willing to slaughter their own people
02:35by the tens of thousands,
02:37you better believe that they will use those nuclear warheads
02:39against our children and grandchildren.
02:41They're weaker than ever before.
02:44They're not going to be this weak ever again.
02:46And they do not follow agreements.
02:48When we pulled out of that Obama deal in 2018,
02:52they immediately began violating the deal
02:54that was still in place with Europe.
02:57Systematic breaches.
02:58Iran intentionally reduced its compliance
03:01with the agreement in a phased manner,
03:03leading to multiple ongoing violations
03:06rather than a single event.
03:07Enrichment levels.
03:09Iran increased its uranium enrichment to 60%,
03:11significantly higher than the 3.67% limit
03:15set by the agreement.
03:17Stockpile limits.
03:18By late 2019,
03:19Iran breached the 300-kilogram limit on enriched uranium,
03:23later exceeded permitted stockpiles by 30 times.
03:27Centrifuge usage.
03:28Iran installed and operated advanced centrifuges
03:31prohibited by the deal.
03:33Monitoring suspensions.
03:35Since February 2021,
03:37Iran restricted the International Atomic Energy Agency,
03:40the UN,
03:40from fully monitoring its nuclear facilities.
03:43Formal termination.
03:45They announced it in October 2025.
03:48You think our envoys,
03:50or somebody else's envoys,
03:52or signing an agreement,
03:54is going to change the mindset
03:57of a terrorist regime
03:59that is slaughtering its people,
04:02as I speak,
04:03that is already trying to build new nukes?
04:06We signed a paper,
04:08peace in our time?
04:09No.
04:12The problem isn't negotiations.
04:14The problem isn't they won't agree to this or that,
04:17or we can get the best deal in world history.
04:19The problem is them.
04:23The West needs to understand what we're dealing with.
04:26For 47 years,
04:28I don't know what it's going to take,
04:30but we need to comprehend what we're dealing with.
04:34That regime needs to be eliminated
04:36to save our children and grandchildren
04:39from having to deal with it,
04:41and to save the people of Iran
04:42who are, as I speak,
04:44being slaughtered.
