00:00So tomorrow we'll be publishing our schools white paper and our reforms for the SEND system.
00:04This is a once in a generation opportunity to deliver better life chances for children,
00:08many of whom have been let down over previous years, sidelined, not getting the outcomes that
00:13they deserve. And I'm really ambitious for what every child can achieve. And this is high standards
00:19and inclusion working together with changes to SEND that will mean more children get support much
00:24earlier than is the case right now, and where parents don't have to fight so hard for what
00:29their children need.
