00:02It is easily an argument to make the two best teams in the country.
00:06What it certainly features is the best player right now in college basketball.
00:11And it is, man, I don't mean this to be rude,
00:16but there are some people who are talking about the prospects in this class.
00:23And there was a video yesterday from someone whose basketball opinion
00:28I legitimately respect.
00:30Talking about how Cooper Flagg relates to this draft class,
00:33which immediately coach knows is a bit of a tick for me.
00:36And not only did that class or that video incorrectly say that Cooper Flagg
00:41would have not been ahead of Peterson or Daibansa,
00:45it suggested that Cam Boozer isn't even in that tier.
00:49And respectfully, what is anyone watching who thinks that?
00:54I understand that Boozer can't dunk from the free throw line.
00:58It doesn't matter.
01:00He is as dominant as any player in recent college basketball history.
01:07One of the reasons that I get into some back and forths with people around Duke
01:11is because I think that this is somewhat of a one-man show.
01:16Again, that might be relative, but that doesn't mean I don't respect the show.
01:20And Boozer has just been that brilliant.
01:23And that is a piece of why I like Duke here today.
01:28I believe in Duke in these games.
01:30I know the Illinois matchup was different last year.
01:32I'm not trying to pretend it was the same.
01:34But you get in these out-of-conference major matchups,
01:36and it's a showcase for this NBA talent that Duke is littered with
01:41because that's what Duke is.
01:43These are a bunch of pros.
01:45So I know Michigan is huge.
01:47Duke's bigger.

03:18And I'm also not questioning the defensive acumen of both coaches.

03:24This has a Ali Frazier 15-round slugfest lined up.
03:33Neither team is going to be able to get out and run.
03:36Neither team turns the ball over a lot.
03:39So even though you look at pace of play, and I think people commonly look at pace, right?
03:45And they look at, especially at Kent Palm, offensive pace, right?
03:48Both teams being in the top 100, Dukes at 90, I think Michigan's at six.
03:54Both teams, because they don't turn the ball over,
03:57that means the pace now comes down for the team on offense, right?
04:01So if you protect the ball and you protect the glass,
04:04that means both teams are all offensive rebound well.
04:06You got to send more guys to the boards.
04:09That means get the rebound, secure it, walk it up the floor.
04:13This game has under 150 and a half all over it.
