00:17The Sabah State Disaster Management Committee Secretariat said this marks an increase from
00:223,768 evacuees from 1,474 households recorded at noon.
00:30The victims are from 79 villages across the three districts.
00:35Pitas recorded the highest number with 2,013 people from 787 families, followed by Kota Marudu
00:43with 1,923 people from 778 households, and Paitan with 716 victims from 234 families.
00:53Authorities said the number of displaced persons in Pitas and Paitan is still increasing,
00:59while the situation in Kota Marudu remains stable.
01:03Sabah Electricity is closely monitoring affected villages, particularly areas with generators
01:09and utilities to minimise power disruptions and prevent property damage.
