00:08One message is clear, Wales deserves an NHS that works.
00:12And it deserves it now.
00:14For years our health service has been pushed beyond breaking point.
00:18Patients waiting hours in A&E, families left in fear,
00:22staff doing everything they can in a system that simply cannot cope.
00:25And while Labour created this crisis, Plaid Cymru has propped it up,
00:30voting through budgets that left our NHS underfunding and overstretched.
00:35Reform, meanwhile, claims the answer is to tear up the model entirely.
00:39Both paths lead Wales backwards.
00:42The Welsh Conservatives offer a real plan.
00:44More staff, faster GP access, surgical hubs to cut waiting lists,
00:50stronger social care and a renewed focus on mental health.
00:53The Conservatives will put in practical steps that put patients first
00:59and prevention at the heart of our NHS.
01:02Earlier diagnosis, healthier communities
01:04and support that stops illness before it becomes crisis.
01:08Wales can have an NHS that heals, supports and gives hope
01:13with urgency, competence and a clear plan.
