00:07we've just published this report on the cost of inaction in social care now the
00:11government talks a good game on social care but the reality is first of all
00:15they put national insurance contributions on social care which is
00:18really hitting the industry and as I go across the constituency I see that time
00:22and time again and also once again they kick the idea of social care into the
00:26long grass by commissioning yet another review this isn't the time for reviews
00:31this is the time for action and that's why we on this social care committee and
00:35me as your member of Parliament are calling for the government to pull its
00:39finger out and take action now
