00:00All right, so be honest now.
00:02Have Maple Leafs forgiven Mitch Marner now after yesterday?
00:06Did he rewrite his narrative and his legacy here yesterday?
00:12You know, big game Mitch.
00:13He scored a huge game for Canada against Sweden in the Four Nations tournament,
00:18and he won it in overtime.
00:20He's scored a couple of huge goals for the Maple Leafs
00:24before going to the Golden Knights this offseason.
00:27Yeah, I think it's time to forgive Mitch Marner.
00:30I think he's a really big game player.
00:32I think the moniker on him has been totally unearned.
00:35He's a really strong player.
00:37He's playing, you know, his line mate Sidney Crosby went out with an injury,
00:41which I'm sure we'll talk about.
00:42But I think Mitch Marner is a huge player for the Canadians coming down the stretch here
00:47as we get into the semifinals because he plays with Mark Stone,
00:51who's his teammate with the Vegas Golden Knights,
00:53and plays a really crucial role.
00:55He could be on that second power play unit and be a secondary scorer,
00:59especially if Canada loads up with Nathan McKinnon, Connor McDavid,
01:04and Macklin Celebrini on that first line.
