00:11I'm not calling them dark horses, Coach, but I'm not also saying this.
00:15I don't know if they're going to be a one seed and get a number one seeding, but, you know,
00:19you look at those two teams, could they be a team that could make also some damage in the tournament?
00:24All right, here's what you always got to keep in mind, Dan. There are four teams in the country right
00:31now who are in the top 10 in offensive and defensive efficiency.
00:36Michigan, Arizona, Iowa State, and Houston. So those teams, if you're in the top 10 in offensive and defensive efficiency,
00:44you certainly have a chance to win a national title.
00:48Now, I would say Michigan and Arizona right now to me are just a slight bit above those two, but
00:54those teams are both very, very good.
00:57They're very tough. They're both underrated offensively. Kingston Flemings is a freshman. It was a guard for Houston that, I
01:05don't know, we talk about, you know, Boozer.
01:07We talk about DeBanza. We talk about Peterson, and we really don't talk about Kingston Flemings much, and he may
01:13be as good as any of them, and he's been tremendous.
01:16Plus, Kelvin Sampson has been able to do this thing the way, like if I were still coaching, the way
01:22I would be trying to do it today is recruit freshmen, retain guys, and use the portal here and there,
01:29and that's kind of what Kelvin Sampson has done.
01:32He's only got one guy on the team from the portal, and that's Milo's Yuzan, who he had last year
01:37that he got from Oklahoma.
01:39So he has two really good freshmen, Flemings and Senac. He's got Yuzan. He's got Sharp. He's got Tugler.
01:47He's got experienced guys. He's got really good freshmen. He's got guys he's retained. That's the key.
01:53And it's the same thing with T.J. Otzelberger. His team is basically back from last year. Joshua Jefferson, Monchilevich,
02:01these guys all played last year.
02:04What's the name? Lipsy, the point guard. So these are two teams that have a lot back from last year,
02:12added a piece here and there, and both have a chance.
