00:17more than 20 objections, with critics arguing it could put pedestrians at risk. Some say
00:22the idea conflicts with the area's neighbourhood plan. Supporters, including Leeds Ramblers,
00:28say it would improve safety along part of the Eber Way. Planning officers have recommended
00:33approval subject to conditions, including a 30mph speed limit, with a final decision due
00:40on the 19th of February.
