00:17He returned as Congressman in 2001, and subsequently regained his post as Speaker of the House
00:22during the administration of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo,
00:25who was installed President after the Second People Power ousted Estrada.
00:29He remained Speaker until 2008 and finished his term in 2010.
00:34Post-Speakership, he was appointed Special Envoy for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation
00:39during the presidency of Rodrigo Duterte.
