00:04We're sitting in our desk, we're sitting in C-suite, we're sitting at the receptionist desk,

00:13Well, that experience is very different today than it was 10, 20 years ago, right?
00:18Before, the black family had a lot more siblings that you could call upon to answer that call,
00:23but the reality is there are so many boomers, it's more than likely the majority of us will
00:29get that call and step into the role of a caregiver. For me, I was leading in state politics,
00:35right? And then later for my mom, serving as a CEO of a company, 40 plus employees,
00:41I had to drop everything and take care of her today. It's one of the reasons why we built
00:45Pet Light Care is because with 53 million Americans going through it, and soon there will be more
00:51caregivers in the United States than there are parents of minor children. We need more support
00:57and it's becoming a crisis every day.
