00:59strategic partnership in 2004, deep historical ties, strong people-to-people linkages, and

01:21economic, trade, local currency, connectivity, energy, agriculture, food security, defense,
01:29education, security, TVET, including through Walwa Center, healthcare, tourism, culture.
