00:00I love trains and I'm really happy when I can travel by train. I've come to Penang a number
00:06of times by train. The total travel time for me comes out to about the same depending on the
00:15traffic getting from Butterworth into the island. But I like it because it's just less stressful
00:23for me than traveling by air. And I always love seeing the countryside. I think Malaysia is a
00:32remarkable place for many reasons. First and foremost because Malaysians are so incredible.
00:38They're so warm. They're so hospitable. But there's no question. Malaysia's infrastructure is very
00:43impressive. I think the trains are something that's very special. Doesn't get quite as much
00:49attention perhaps as it should. I like traveling by train. In fact my biggest regret is that I will
00:56or one of my many regrets. I shouldn't say biggest. One of my many is that I didn't take the Jungle
01:00Railway to Kelantan. But I think that traveling by train is great because it's predictable.
01:07The service is good. You know the speeds are reasonable. And it just is much more convenient
01:13in many ways. Once you take the total travel time to airports and from airports having to check in
01:20and all that. So I feel like traveling by train is a good way to go. And I've always enjoyed doing
01:24when I've been in Malaysia.
