00:00Good morning. It's a foggy start in places this morning, but also a wet start, especially
00:05across eastern Scotland. Here we still do have a metoffish yellow rain warning in four,
00:10so rain falling on already saturated ground could lead to some flooding in places. Much
00:16of Scotland actually seeing an unsettled day, cloudy with outbreaks of rain. Strongest
00:21winds across Orkney and Shetland still with that chilly south-easterly wind. Otherwise,
00:27across much of the country, any low cloud, mist and fog will soon clear. Perhaps something
00:32drier compared to Saturday. There is still going to be a lot of cloud around, maybe some glimmers
00:37of brightness just coming through later on into the afternoon across the west, but soon
00:42replaced by some showers. These are going to be heavy at times, especially across Devon,
00:46Cornel and the southwest of Wales. But otherwise, the winds are still coming up from that southerly
00:52direction, so quite mild, especially across the north. Highs of 9 to 11 degrees.
00:59So as we go through Sunday evening, it's another wet end to the weekend across much of Devon
01:04and Cornel into Wales. These showers will continue to push their way north and eastward, perhaps
01:09merging to give some longer spells of rain at times. The clearest skies coming into East Anglia,
01:15turning drier here, and across Northern Ireland. The wind's falling light here, so we could see
01:20some mist and fog mainly towards the west of this, and perhaps some clearest skies across the far
01:26north of Scotland. Otherwise, rain arriving later to start Monday morning. But it's still going to be
01:33frost-free to start Monday, so actually quite mild despite a lot of cloud and rain in the mix. So
01:39a damp start to the new working week. Showers merging to give longer spells of rain that will
01:45gradually push its way northward into much of Scotland. Otherwise, further wet weather arriving
01:51again across the southwest into Wales and into Northern Ireland. Otherwise, across the southeast,
01:58somewhat drier through Monday with perhaps some sunshine. So where you do catch the sunshine,
02:04hopefully it'll be feeling pleasant. We've got highs of up to 10 or 11 degrees. Now that is all from me
02:11for now, but make sure to hit subscribe so you don't miss any updates. And I will see you soon. Bye-bye.
