00:26I would like to know what preparation to the defense is in our country.
00:33I think that there must be some concern in the population, but it is less worrying the population because they are participating.
00:45The worry is about easing others.
00:47This hive of people that are against us, the ones that are cruel and weak to the possible aggression of USA and the deep end of the blockade against Cuba.
01:05And there is a reality. Cuba is a peaceful country.
01:13The defense doctrine and the military doctrine in our country is the conception of the word to all the people.
01:22It is nothing to do with, in any way, the aggression to another country.
01:29We are not a threat to the U.S.
01:34For the ones who are constantly speaking about aggressions and have spoken about insulting about a possible aggression to Cuba,
01:45it is the U.S. government right now.
01:46The revolutionaries know what is the value to defend the revolution, and the revolution, as Fidel explained and Raul explained,
01:59the revolution that cannot defend itself, it is very difficult to survive to certain circumstances.
02:08And it is a sovereign right, a sovereign duty to be ready to defend our country.
02:17When we do analysis of all what is happening, all the happenings after January 3rd,

03:20We have declared Saturday days, national days of defense, and in a gradual way, all systems are ready and we are participating in this preparation.
03:37In this moment, there are two activities from the National Council where we actualized our plans to face an aggression.
03:50We actualized them, and we gave precision with the experience that we have taken from the last international conflicts,
04:01and on the other way, in another meeting of the National Council where we actualized the plan to go through the world state if necessary.

04:16The note of the defense council said exactly.
04:23Accomplishing the activities foreseen for the defense day, and with the objectives to perfection,
04:31and increase our preparation defense to prepare our personnel.
