00:11We train professionals from all over the world in the middle of the greatest adversities.
00:21In these final days of the school year, Cuban universities have licensed 35,000 young professionals, over 700 from other
00:39countries.
00:39And one piece of data will honor 23 new Palestinian doctors and five new U.S. doctors. This is why
00:49they call terrorism. This is why they call a threat.
00:56Everything that Cuba does, everything that the Cuban revolution can show in programs and facts, in a solid history of
01:0477 years of unstoppable defense of their sovereignty,
01:11of cooperation for the life of foreign sciences. The only threat against the security of the region, the truth threat
01:23against world peace and against human life,
01:27is the aggressive politics that is causing hunger, chaos, instability, migration and tens of thousands of lives worldwide.
01:40Cuba is not the first and is not the last victim of this kind of world that blocks, asphyxiates and
01:48looks for the social eruption with the only purpose to impose a government that follows their interests.
01:56That's why from this tribune, I'm denouncing that Cuba is victim of a genocide, coldly calculated.
02:05The government of the United States has designed and implemented, consciously implemented a politics of maximum asphyxiation against the Cuban
02:16people.
02:16There are hard on deep blockade, imposing energy blockade, provoking a huge crisis that we have seen blackouts and affectations
02:36to thousands of workers and Cuban families.
02:39We can see this in statistics, deaths caused by the lack of medicines that the country gave freely once and
02:51now we don't have enough.
02:54Over 100,000 surgeries that cannot be executed because the hospitals cannot be protected from the outages and the falls
03:04of the national electrical grid and for the lack of oil for the support power plants.
03:14Over 100,000 children, 102,000 children that haven't been able to receive treatment and they have been forced to
03:20alter the treatment of second and third line.
03:23And what is even more painful, the child mortality rate has risen to over 9% next to the 4
03:41% that was in previous year.
