00:53We currently live in upstate New York, a small town called Saugerties.
00:57We first started coming to Myrtle Beach in 2012,
01:00coming to visit my sister and my brother-in-law.
01:02We are big family people.
01:05My sister and my brother-in-law is a huge reason for why we're coming down here.
01:08Also, winter and I do not get along,
01:11so I'm really looking forward to trading in those winter coats for some bikinis.
01:15I do marketing and advertising,
01:17and I'm also a certified personal trainer and small group fitness instructor.
01:23Besides fighting, I own a tree removal business,
01:26and it's just something I grew up doing with my stepfather
01:28from the time I was 13 all the way through now.
01:31That's something I took over.
01:36When we originally met, she's an undefeated fighter,
01:38I was an undefeated fighter,
01:39so we kind of had that little thing going with each other for a little bit.
01:42I always wanted to be a mixed martial artist.
01:44After high school, I started competing.
01:46After multiple wins, I got the call for the UFC.
01:49I trained martial arts early on as a kid.
01:53Mixed martial arts and stepping into the cage
01:55was really the next logical step.
01:58I'm undefeated 3-0,
02:00and actually that's how I met my husband was at my very last fight.
02:06I recognized his tattoo on his rib cage,
02:08and I said, I've seen you fight before.
02:11It was love at first sight.
02:15We have two children, Joey, age 12, and Serena, age 11.

03:38and you look, you'll see a mixture of kind of the new and the old.
03:42Back in the day, Myrtle Beach was almost primarily
03:44a vacation destination.
03:46And it's really become more of a year-round place to live.

03:53the battle for the budgeted beach house has begun.

19:22And the affordable coastal crib that landed them the title is the Berkshire house.
19:30Even though it needed some minor updates, the Berkshire house was best suited for our
19:35family because it was super affordable.
19:38And we're still only 10 minutes from the beach.
19:41The price of the Lakewood house was great.
19:43It's a new build.
19:44But ultimately, it still felt a little bit small for what we need.
19:48The Pine Link house was in a great location.
19:50It was really close to the beach, but I felt like it was a little bit too noisy, too commercial
19:56for our family.
19:57The Berkshire house had that neighborhood vibe that we were really looking for, especially
20:01with the kids.
20:02And the amenity center, having a pool that you don't have to maintain, a lazy river, a nice
20:07lake, good view, place for the kids to go and play.
20:10And it's not too far from my sister.
20:12It's a huge bonus.
20:13So we're really happy with that.

20:15I've been waiting a long time for this.
