05:40It's brand new, renovated on the inside.

05:43And the beautiful thing about it,
05:44it's actually at your price point at $420,000.
05:48That's almost $80,000 less than the average price for this area.

05:58and the opportunity to fish is just absolutely lovely back here.

20:56like the distance to the pool the community the penthouse is a little more expensive but there
21:02was less that we had to do to it it was listed just around 500 000 which was our threshold we
21:07were able to actually bring it down the 480. glenn made it easy the important thing is a good real
21:13estate agent i can't say enough good things about glenn cheers another happy couple my work is done
