01:13I grew up here in Virginia Beach, and then I went to chiropractic school down in Florida for three and a half years.

01:20That was a fun three and a half years.
01:21That's the longest amount of time I've been away from Virginia Beach.

01:24We've moved back and rented a little more inland, not quite where we're looking at now,
01:28to confirm that this is a place that Kat can get the most out of her career.

01:35I'm litigation manager for an insurance company, and we've been saving and making difficult decisions.
01:41And I think we're finally in the right spot to own a home.
01:45We love Virginia Beach.
01:46I mean, we've got a lot of ties to Virginia Beach, a lot of friendships, and that's one of the bigger reasons we want to stay,
01:51along with all the benefits that we enjoy in Virginia Beach.
01:54You know, sports like surfing, and we run a lot and ride bikes, and we like to be outside as much as possible.

02:59And they want to see it grow.

03:02We love every minute of it.
03:03Skimboarding is a big thing around here.

03:10Got year-round fishing, great seafood restaurants.
03:13It's the first warm water beach coming from up north.
03:15So if you like good vibes, it's just an amazing place to live.
