00:10bouncy beautiful curls using products from the new Moisture Miracle line.
00:21Today I'm going to show you how to get the look with the Moisture Miracle collection.
00:25This collection was created to keep kinky textures healthy, moisturized, and manageable through
00:31each step of the styling routine.
00:33So I am starting with freshly washed hair from the day before that I lightly blow dried and
00:39stretched overnight.
00:40This leave-in is lightweight and it contains coconut milk which helps replenish moisture,
00:44soften the hair, and aid in detangling. It also contains honey which helps retain moisture
00:49and add shine to your hair. So I'm just going to spray that onto that section and then I'm
00:54going to work it in.
00:55I'm going to do a flat twist and curl and I'm styling this on old hair. So to start
01:00off I'm going to mist my hair with a little bit of water before adding the coconut oil and
01:05babab oil leave-in cream.
01:08So first I use the Moisture Miracle leave-in conditioner with coconut milk and honey just to add some
01:13shine and soften my hair. Also to make it a little bit more manageable. I'm not spraying
01:19too much on because I don't want my hair wet, but I do want that shine and that manageability.
01:25After that I'm going to apply African Pride's Curling Cream to my hair to style. This cream
01:30contains shea butter which helps to moisturize and strengthen the hair. And it also contains
01:36black seed oil which helps to define your curls and add shine to your hair.
01:40The coconut oil deeply conditions and repairs the hair and the babab oil restores and strengthens
01:46damaged hair, locking in tons of moisture.
01:50Next I'm going to layer on the Strengthen and Protect 5 Essential Oils with Vitamin E Castor,
01:55Grape Seed Oil, Argan Oil, Coconut and Olive Oil.
01:59Up next I use the Moisturized and Defined Curling Cream with shea butter and flaxseed oil. I really
02:06like this because it leaves your hair bouncy with a soft hold, but still some definition
02:11and shine. It just gives you so many benefits.
02:15So I'm going to apply a nice amount of the curling cream to that section, work it through
02:19and then begin to braid. Now in order to get my big fluffy braid out, I do like to do medium
02:25sized sections and this gives my hair a lot of volume.
02:28And the final product I'm going to add for my styler is the shea butter and flaxseed oil
02:33curling cream. This curling cream gives you lots of flexibility and versatility in styling.
02:39It infuses in deep moisture and gives you lasting definition. Radiant, shine and hold.
02:44The shea butter moisturizes, strengthens and protects, while the flaxseed oil defines your
02:49curls and provides a natural hold.
02:52Starting from one end of the Flexi Rod, I wrap my hair around tightly all the way to the bottom.
02:59I'm adding a little bit more of the curling cream to make sure my ends are really smooth
03:08and have lasting definition. I am going to bed and letting this dry and take form overnight.
03:16Once I get near the end of the braid, I like to comb the ends and apply a little bit more
03:20of the curling cream. This way, I can make sure that my ends are smooth.
03:25So after that, I'll finish the braid and then do a hanging bantu knot.
03:29You can see just how easily the comb glides through my hair using these products.
03:34So I left my braids in overnight and I used their 5 essential oil mix to take down the braids.
03:53This mix contains a blend of oils that help promote hair growth and healthy hair.
03:58So I just applied the oil all over my hands and I began to take down the braids and fluff my hair.
04:03After letting it dry overnight and sitting under a hooded bonnet, these were my results.
04:08So after taking out each rod, I carefully and gently separate each curl where it naturally is separating itself.
04:27This gives me a big bouncy look without the frizz.
04:32These products left my hair so moisturized.
04:35I just love the fact that all of their products are geared towards moisturizing your hair, even down to the shampoo.
04:41You can see how shiny and defined my hair was using this combination of products.
04:46I just have so much bounce and movement.
04:49So this is the final result.
04:52The Moisture Miracle Leave-In Conditioner Curling Cream definitely left my hair feeling soft, bouncy, and shiny.
