00:29Where did you get the idea for combing creams?
00:32I went to Brazil in January for work to look at the hair care market there.
00:37For Brazilian women, it's a part of their hair care routine every day.
00:41And I just needed to know everything about that and I needed to bring it here ASAP.
00:46My regimen is pretty short, not that many steps. So where does the combing cream fit in?
00:51The combing cream would fit in wherever your moisture step is.
00:56It will give you great definition and then you'd follow up with whatever you use for hold.

01:03I assume that maybe what I would do with the combing cream would be different to what Evelyn
01:08would do with the combing cream. So do you have any tips for like a looser wavy curl pattern on applying it?
01:15I think you would probably do about the same thing with it. You just might use a bit less product.
01:21If you feel like your hair at the roots is a little bit flat, then maybe you want to focus
01:27mid-shaft to ends. I always want it bigger. I'm always doing this, you know, and turning my head on.

01:43So we just applied the Carol's Daughter 4-in-1 Combing Creams to our hair.
01:47The product had a lot of slip and I was able to detangle with my fingers pretty easy.
01:52I did the same thing. I used my fingers. You can also use a wide tooth comb.
01:56Lisa did say that this is a primer and it's like the beginning step of your styling process.
02:01I would follow up with a light gel and probably twist my hair.
