01:31started with the beloved Bucks? I love seeing you again. Noni, you are as beautiful and as radiant.
01:39You look like you have been taking care of yourself, prioritizing your year of yes and telling others
01:46no. So I'm proud of you. A little bit about myself is I'm Dani Spikes, a professional relationship
01:54coach. My background is in psychology that just so happens to be the founder and CEO of beloved
02:01box. And beloved box is a premium fragrance and wellness brand that we are the experts in exceptional
02:10emotional experiences using scent. And so a little bit about how we got started. I suffered a very
02:20traumatic event early on freshman year of college. And one of the things that made me passionate about
02:27helping people is that I learned that nothing creates a more powerful memory sense. And so with
02:36helping clients, being a professional coach, helping others learn how to do the work, show up for
02:42themselves and love themselves, beloved box was born. And so we wanted to take and learn how to create
02:50fragrances that connected you to the emotions you need most, whether it's to be calm, be relaxed, be assured
02:58or grounded, be inspired, or even be seduced. Because we do have to be seduced. There's nothing wrong with the

22:38Also in the box is a mineral mask that comes, you can mix it with apple cider vinegar or distilled water,

27:27I love that face. Ooh, I love that face. What are the things? Not that I want, because oftentimes when
27:37we say, what do I want? Usually what I want is the bare minimum. It's the things that we should have,
27:44things that we should have access to. But when we take ourselves a little higher and we look at ourselves
27:50from an eagle's perspective, and you ask if I had unlimited resources, unlimited access, unlimited
27:58relationships, based on not what I do, but who I am, how I show up in the world, not just for others,
28:06but also for myself. What are the things that I truly deserve, if I was honest with myself, that money
28:15can't buy? Maybe it's peace. Maybe it's love. Maybe it's intention. Maybe it's authentic relationships.
28:27What are the things that you know, based on how you show up just as yourself unconditionally
28:36that you deserve, that money doesn't, that can't be bought?
28:45So good. And I hope that you guys are playing along at home.

28:49With my answer, it also uncovers something for me. Because my answer highlights something that I
28:58already have. So essentially, it's just bringing me back to, I have, I have what I need. Because
29:06what is screaming at me as I'm breathing through this exercise is just love and tenderness.
29:13It's so super simple. And you know, those moments that you're having with your loved one or
29:19moments where your kids come up to you unsolicited and say, I love you and give you a kiss. Like
29:26those are just, it's just that. I can't ask you for anything beyond that. And just like,
29:32and immediately I'm replaying all the moments that that does happen in my life every single day. So
29:37I'm just feeling nothing but gratitude for you, Danny, for bringing this peace and love. Like
