04:22So what's the first product you want to highlight?
04:24Okay, so are we going through the massage oil candle first?
04:27Are we doing the self-care box?
04:29And this is, listen, I didn't know.
04:32I thought that this was like massage oil.
04:34I was like, oh, a candle that smells like massage oil.
04:36She was like, no, you're supposed to actually use it to massage.
04:39I've never heard of this.
04:41Explain, explain.
04:42So now people at home, don't forget, I cannot see myself.
04:45So all I can see is Noni.
04:47So I'm basing this off of how she's looking at me.
04:50But this is our signature massage oil candle.
04:52This was actually our flagship product because most massage oil candles have so much soy content that if you have eczema or skin sensitivity, you can't use it.
05:04And so we created a shea butter base candle that when you light it, it turns into a warm oil.
05:14I have Be Seduced, which denotes our tuberose, lily of the valley, a little bit of rose geranium.
05:22It's a seductive blend.
05:24But this candle is designed to light either before you take a shower or a bath and use on yourself or with a partner or at the spa.
05:38Oh, okay.
05:39I missed how you did that.
05:41Am I, should I dip my finger in here or just pour it on myself?
05:44So most people are afraid because they think it's a wax, but it's actually not wax.
05:50It's shea butter, cocoa butter, jojoba oil, all these nutritious things.
05:54So you just pour it directly on your skin.

06:19Dr. Pochi, if you've heard of this, like candles turning into massage oil.
06:24This is new for me.

06:26And the thing that I love about the candles is because it's shea butter-based, it keeps you moisturized the day after, the morning after, all over those dry spots, your knees, your elbows.

07:50Tea tree oil.

07:51I see people asking, what does it smell like?
07:53This one is tea tree oil, and it's just, you're a perfumer, so you can probably talk through the notes better than I can, but it smells good.
08:01So, our blend of Be Assured has eucalyptus, peppermint, cedarwood atlas, all three blends that are super grounding.
08:10So, we were intentional even in the way that we named our fragrances.
08:14Like, since it's be loved, you can choose to be relaxed or be calm or be seduced.
08:21And Be Assured smells like a, and if there are any mothers in here, you know, mothers of the church, just plug your ears in.
08:28But it smells like a sexy, fine man just walking through the street.
08:34It's not too masculine meaning, but it's super grounding.
08:38That eucalyptus and that peppermint really brings you back down to earth.
08:42But that cedarwood atlas really just, it's hard to describe.
08:47And so, when we created this, see, now I'm so moisturized.

20:39So I never give advice, but I do coach.
20:43And so I'm going to give everyone an exercise to do.
20:48I want you to close your eyes, and I'm going to do it with you.
20:52And I want you to imagine yourself one year from now.
20:55So if you fully showed up for yourself, if you made every promise to yourself and you kept it, what would be the most powerful version of you one year from now?
21:11What would he look like?
21:12What would she look like?
21:14How would that person show up in the world?
21:18What's going on with them on the outside?
21:20But what's also going on with you on the inside, right?
21:25And once you have that visualization of how you see yourself, if you kept every promise to yourself, if you did all of the things, if you accepted yourself, if you loved yourself, if you were honest with yourself, if you believed in yourself, and if you were there for you the same way that you were there for so many others.
21:53Once you have that visualization and you see how powerful that person is, how necessary that person is, how appreciated that person is, how loved that person is, and how deserving that person is, I want you to realize that you, a year from now, and that you, right now, you are the same person.
22:20There is no space between how necessary, how powerful, how loved, how beautiful, how vibrant, how intelligent, how resourceful you are.
22:38Close the gap between the space of where you believe you lack and what you know you have.
22:47And when you do that for a year and you start closing that space, one year from now, you're going to look in the mirror and you're going to finally see what the rest of us see every single day.
