A small but fearless magpie takes on a much larger buzzard in a comical wildlife showdown.
Wildlife photographer and photo guide Anna Stelloo, 53, from the Netherlands, captured the moment in Poland.
The images show a buzzard guarding their supper while a magpie repeatedly tugs at its tail and wings.
The interaction quickly turns into a scene that appears straight out of an animated film.
Anna said: “It was really entertaining to watch. It almost made me laugh out loud. It looked like a scene from a Disney movie.
"It’s about being at the right place at the right time, but also pressing the shutter at the exact moment.”
