00:09we want options and not issues. So I applied and I was blessed with the opportunity and I'm here
00:15now. The She's Got Now HBCU experience, it was a sisterhood that I was able to develop with the
00:22other ladies. We helped each other out throughout the process even though it was during COVID,
00:28which is very ironic. We were able to craft that sisterhood, be there for one another.
00:33We still talk to this day. We have a group meet that's always ringing and dinging.
00:37So it was a great opportunity overall and these are ladies that I will hold dear.
00:42I completed the interview and from then on it was history. Now the summer of 2021 I was given
00:50a full-time role out of Collierville, Tennessee and I will be graduating in May 2022. To see a woman
00:57who looks like me, talks like me and is from a similar background as me thriving in a high
01:03position, it showed me that that is definitely attainable for me also.
