00:00Why are you running for me?
00:02Because it's me or Karen Bass, and we have no other choice.
00:07So it's pretty simple.
00:08We can't do four more years than Karen Bass.
00:10You have a message for her?
00:12She should have resigned a long time ago.
00:15I can't believe any other role in society you fail that much,
00:20you don't get another four years to see if you can do it better.
00:25The conversation is such a personal thing for you.
00:27It was there that they used to announce.
00:29Explain why this is so important.
00:31What are you trying to do in L.A.?
00:33You know, that's the one thing people keep putting me to the Palisades,
00:36but I'm also an L.A. native.
00:38I've grown up in L.A.
00:40Palisades was the last place I could hide from what L.A. has become under Karen Bass.
00:45So now that I don't even have that sanctuary to protect my eyeballs anymore,
00:52I'm forced to see what Karen Bass has done to L.A.
00:55and L.A.
00:56So, yeah, no, just I can't see four more years of what's going to happen to the city.
01:04And I would love my kids to be able to grow up in the L.A. I grew up here.
01:08I'm the most passionate about Los Angeles.
01:11I fought for Palisades for last year because Karen Bass led her decision to that burning down.
01:17But if she had burned down, if I lived in downtown like I did when I went to college,
01:22she burned that down.
01:23If I burned my house down there, I would have fought for Los Angeles Avenue.
01:27But she happened to burn that.
01:29So once you spend a year seeing what these people will do and lie and cover up,
01:35it's scary to think what's going on outside of the Palisades where they don't have somebody like me
01:40every day trying to expose and fight for accountability.
01:46I will be mad for several.
