00:30Beauty, I was dying. There was all these different primary color eyeshadows. There was blue and
00:37red and yellow, and the lip was just a little rosy, and it was very much like just stepped
00:43out of the shower hair, so kind of like damp and wavy and just, again, very easy. The
00:48spring shows, there's a lot of ease to the beauty and hair looks. So, what did you think
00:52of the fashion?
00:53I gotta say, it's sort of juxtaposed a little bit because as much as the hair and the beauty
00:57was easy and just stepped out of the shower, I felt like the clothes were very jet set
01:00glamour. So, right in the beginning from that neon, knitted, long, gorgeous dress, like
01:06you could just imagine coming out of a pool or the beach like in Saint Tropez or something.
01:09It was absolutely gorgeous. Some of the other things I really, really loved were the sheer
01:13notes. I mean, you saw panties. I'm never mad at seeing panties. You saw a little bit
01:17of sequin. There was one sweater she had on where when she turned around, it was sort of cut
01:22away a little bit and you could see her back. I just thought it was so gorgeous, so well
01:25done. Absolutely one of my favorites.
01:27Okay, so we were really into Rebecca Taylor, so we were loving it. But let's see what our
01:31editor-in-chief, Constance C.R. White, has to say about it.
01:35Rebecca Taylor is known for her girly looks and she did not disappoint. The femininity in
01:40her show for spring 2012 was beyond. I just love the way she used pieces, which is clearly
01:49going to be a big trend for the spring season. Pieces of fabric put together in one dress.
01:55Seventies inspiration. She had beautiful washed colors, parchment, beiges, ivories in wonderful
02:04dresses and then bright pops of color. And I particularly liked a very hot neon yellow skin-tight dress, which
02:13I could see on the cover of Essence on one of our sexy stars.
