00:00Now, Amita, one of the things I love about you is you have such a sex positive, you know, like everything about you is sex positive and good vibes and feel it.
00:08What about the women who are kind of shy and they can't talk about it, never mind put it on their calendar?
00:13How do people have a better relationship with sex and their V and orgasm, masturbating and all of that?
00:20What are the first steps?
00:21Yes, absolutely.
00:22Thank you for bringing this up because I work with a lot of women who have that type of energy.
00:27And for some people, which I do work with, they've had some sort of sexual trauma or there's been sexual trauma in their life, in their family line.
00:38And what I do is really it's about to it's about resensitizing your body.
00:44And you can do these things called feather light touches that and just stand in front of your mirror naked.
00:51And if you can't, like, I feel like that should be something that even if it's really uncomfortable, stand in front of your mirror naked.
01:01And then just do feather light touches, which is just slowly touching yourself.
01:07I feel like I'm going to practice.
01:09Yeah.
01:09Because some people, they feel numb.
01:12They can't necessarily feel it.
01:14So you just keep doing it, you know, soft and slow and allow your body to feel that.
01:22And eventually, you know, you can bring yourself.
01:25There's so many breathing exercises that you can do.
01:29And, you know, I know we don't have enough time to share everything here.
01:33But there's a lot of exercises that you can do to bring yourself into the energy.
