Lib Dem leader Sir Ed Davey has said the Prime Minister "has questions to answer" about his decision to appoint Peter Mandelson as ambassador to the US.Sir Ed said that Lord Mandelson’s alleged passing on of sensitive material to Jeffrey Epstein while a Cabinet minister was “one of the grievous breaches of national security I’ve ever seen” and warrants a full public inquiry.
