00:34And it better not be Nick Sirianni, honestly.

00:39But, you know, like, it's not.
00:41It's like, look, I think sometimes Nick gets dragged a little too much.
00:46Like, he's been an offensive coach for a long time.
00:49He probably deserves a little more respect than he gets.
00:51But, like, clearly what they've been doing isn't working.
00:55And it's led to two new hires.
00:57So if you're going to hire these guys, you have to entrust them,
01:00give them some power, and make the changes necessary
01:02to get the most out of the offense.
