00:16And every time that there's been choppy waters with these quarterbacks,
00:20the way in which you take that power back and you try to wrestle back of like,
00:24hey, remember, we gave you that money.
00:26You are our quarterback, and we are deciding what happens with this organization.
00:30And we need you to be better.
00:31We've heard about it.
00:33And I continue to see these.
00:34It's like, why do these pieces come out?
00:36These pieces come out because power's been handed to quarterbacks.
00:39And this organization, we've said it a couple times.
00:42Could they win with a different coach?
00:43Could they win with a different quarterback?
00:44Do they have the structure in place to sustain winning beyond the people that they have here now?
00:49Yes, they've proven that.
00:51What they do in these situations, and I'm not saying it's Howie that's making the call.
00:55I'm not saying it's Lori that's making the call.
00:56But it's within an organization that's like, hey, we want to make sure you know where the power stands.
01:01And the power stands within what we've built as a sustainable organization, not the contract that we gave you.
01:07And I think that's a big reason why we keep getting these stories and why these things come out.
01:12We've got a media appetite for it, for sure.
01:15But we also have an organization that wants to make sure everybody knows where the power lays.
01:20The power lays at being in the Philadelphia Eagles organization, not with you.
