00:00Do you have any understanding as to why it got to this point, where A.J. Brown wants to be
00:07traded?
00:08They are successful. He is successful. They've won a Super Bowl.
00:13What is some of or the reason why A.J. Brown wants to leave the Philadelphia Eagles?
00:19If you go back to, like, A.J.'s been very transparent about what he wants.
00:24You know, he wants to be the best receiver in the NFL, right?
00:26And he feels he can be, and that, you know, that hasn't necessarily been the case these past two years
00:34when you just look at the amount of work that he's been, you know, the amount of touches that he's
00:38been getting,
00:39whether you look at it from an offense perspective, from a quarterback perspective, from a personnel perspective.
00:45A.J.'s one of the best players in the league.
00:47He's, you know, I'm going into year 15 covering Eagles.
00:50He's the best wide receiver I've seen in an Eagles uniform.
00:54And he's on a Hall of Fame trajectory.
00:58But he has the talent to be, you know, one of the best ever, right?
01:02And the reality is that if you just look at it, you know, the targets that he gets, the catches
01:07that he gets,
01:08it's not up there with, like, you know, top three, top five in the NFL.
01:12And so, you know, you can say winning trumps all.
01:16He's won a Super Bowl, and the team has been wildly successful since he's been here.
01:24But he even said, like, you know, he wants more.
01:27And so I think that there's probably a two- to four-year window here where he still kind of
01:35has what you're looking for
01:37in a number one receiver.
01:38And my guess is he wants to maximize that.
