00:00This is the side of Bill Cosby that we know.
00:02Bill Cosby accuses Lily Bernard and Victoria Valentino and their attorney Gloria Allred appeared on NBC's Today Show Friday to speak with Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb following the announcement that Cosby was found guilty of sexual assault.
00:13Bernard, who attended every day of the trial, shared her reaction to hearing that the disgraced comedian had been found guilty.
00:18I felt blessed, vindicated, and just full of gratitude, she said.
00:22Bill Cosby is a serial rapist. I'm hopeful that his sentencing will reflect the magnitude of the damage and havoc that he's reaped.
00:31Added Valentino,
00:32I think it definitely means that the justice system is working and people are believing us finally and it encourages and inspires other women who have not yet found their voice. And this is just the beginning.
00:41Throughout the trial, Cosby was reported to have acted inappropriately and even yelled at the prosecutor after the verdict was read on Thursday.
00:48That was Bill Cosby depravity 101, says Bernard.
00:50When the victims were crying and sobbing, he was laughing. He was scowling. He was mocking them. And that was very painful to endure.
01:00This is a side of Bill Cosby we know that nobody else believed because the general public believes the character that he portrays, added Valentino.
01:07Allred praised the victims who defended themselves and put in difficult situations, saying she admired them for their courage.
01:11This is now about the empowerment of women, she stated.
01:15This is about women now being believed in a way they never were before and anyone who is in power who abuses that power.
01:21Beware, because women will speak out and they will not be silenced or intimidated anymore.
01:26Over on ABC's Good Morning America, Janice Baker Kinney and Lisa Lott-Lublin, two other accusers who testified against Cosby, also talked about their experience.
01:33The first thing that went through my mind is joy and overwhelming tears, shared Janice Baker Kinney about hearing the verdict.
01:39Tears of joy, but I couldn't stop sobbing.
01:42Lisa Lott-Lublin was teaching her sixth grade class when the verdict was announced.
01:45She described her reaction when her husband called to tell her that Cosby had been found guilty, like this.
01:50My stomach started tumbling and I didn't know what I was going to do. I was like, I just have to get out of here. I've got to get out of this room.
01:56I believe that it's essential to spend time in jail and it wouldn't break my heart to see him spend the rest of his life in jail, confessed Baker Kinney.
02:03He sentenced many women to years and years of therapy and inner jail.
02:06I just think he deserves to spend an appropriate time and if that means dying in jail, it won't break my heart.
02:13Lublin agreed with Baker Kinney's statement.
02:15He needs to pay for his acts by going to jail and maybe that will give some of the victims of his an opportunity to heal a little bit, she said.
02:21He's still responsible and everyone knows the truth now.
02:24Cosby's representatives defended the disgraced actor on Good Morning America.
02:28Cosby spokesperson Andrew Wyatt told George Stephanopoulos how Cosby is feeling in the wake of the guilty verdict, saying,
