The family of the 'Saving Private Ryan' actor, who was hospitalized in critical condition on Feb. 19, is expected to make an end-of-life decision on Wednesday.

00:00Tom Sizemore's family will be making an end-of-life decision for the actor who suffered a brain aneurysm from a stroke on February 19.
00:09The Saving Private Ryan actor had been in critical condition and in a coma since he was found at his home unconscious.
00:15In a statement Monday, Sizemore's rep said that there was no longer a chance for his recovery,
00:20saying today doctors informed his family that there is no further hope and have recommended end-of-life decision.
00:26Sizemore was found at his Los Angeles home in the early morning, unconscious following the medical emergency.
00:33The actor was then transported to a hospital and had been under observation in the ICU.
00:38Sizemore is best known for his portrayal of Sergeant Mike Horvath in the Oscar-winning Saving Private Ryan directed by Steven Spielberg.
00:45The film, which starred Tom Hanks, garnered four Academy Awards with an additional six nominations, including Best Picture during the 1999 ceremony.
00:53The 61-year-old performer became notable for his roles in 90s actioners, appearing in Natural Born Killers, Pearl Harbor, and Black Hawk Down, among others.
