Zaldy Co is believed to be in Portugal, says Remulla  Former Ako Bicol party-list representative Zaldy Co, a central figure in the multi-billion peso flood control scandal, is believed to be in Portugal, Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said Monday.  In a press conference in Malacañang, Remulla said that Co is suspected to have a Portuguese passport acquired many years ago.  Co, who had been out of the country since the scandal on corruption in infrastructure projects broke out, is wanted for alleged graft and malversation in a P289.5-million road dike project in Oriental Mindoro.
