Dizon: DPWH undersecretaries not linked to flood control contractors

None of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) undersecretaries is linked to contractors handling flood control projects, DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon said on Thursday, Oct. 16.

The statement came in response to earlier allegations by Batangas 1st district Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste that some members of Dizon’s team had ties with contractors. (Video courtesy of DPWH | FB Page)
