Three people have been jailed for a total of 27 years after a major West Yorkshire Police investigation uncovered the trafficking and exploitation of vulnerable women brought to the UK under false promises of work.

00:46child minders or bar staff some women believed they were traveling to start a romantic relationship
00:52travel and accommodation were arranged but on arrival victims were told they owed debts and
00:59were forced into sex work officers say threats were made against the women and their families
01:04including threats of shame within their communities the investigation found the women were driven daily
01:11to massage venues across the region working up to 20 hours a day seven days a week police say the pair
01:18were assisted by mariush seretny who has been jailed for five years and marty seretny has received a
01:26community sentence
