00:00So here's the way this game lines up, right?
00:05These teams played very, very recently in Seattle,
00:10and it was a one-and-a-half-point number,
00:15and it moved towards Seattle, to be clear, right?
00:20I think it might have opened Rams short minus one,
00:23if my memory is holding.
00:25To sit here at two-and-a-half because the Seahawks, off a bye,
00:32played a battered Niners team, who, by the way,
00:36got somehow stuck with short rest and had to play on a Saturday
00:42when the other NFC game featured two teams that played on a Saturday,
00:47I think the number is inflated.
00:50I do, Joe.
00:51I think the Rams are the better team.
00:56This is one of the defining line items, I think, in recent NFL history,
01:02is that blowouts get overrated.
01:07I am not saying that you want to see a blowout, right?
01:10You want to see a team be able to smash a team,
01:13but the Seahawks have been great bullies this year.
01:18I am not saying they are not a very, very good football team.
01:21What I am saying, though, is them beating the Niners 41-6
01:25has inflated this number.
01:28We've seen this game each time land two or less,
01:31so you can take the two-and-a-half points.
01:33But I'll tell you right now, I bet the Rams' money line.
01:36I expect them to win this football game.
01:39They're the better team.
01:40They've looked better than Seattle, I think, in both meetings,
01:43and they're fortunate that this thing ended up a split.
01:45And if it didn't, and the Rams were the one seed,
01:49this would be a five-, six-point number.
01:52Yeah, no, you're right.
01:54They have the quarterback advantage.
01:56They have the coaching advantage.
01:58And you can make the argument McDonald's a coach of the year candidate,
02:03but he hasn't won a Super Bowl yet.
02:05The only thing they don't have is the home field advantage, right?
02:08And it's three straight road games.
02:12So when you see those factors, again, Kev, I really believe that not just the –
02:19what was the breakdown last week for L.A., right?
02:22Just run the football against a suspect front seven in Chicago, right?
02:27They couldn't run the football consistently.
02:29It was good.
02:30It wasn't great.
02:31It wasn't Christian McCaffrey in San Francisco what they did in week 15 or 16,
02:37was it?
02:38No.
02:39It was good.
02:40No, I hear you.
02:41I do.
02:42And we're going to – no, no.
02:43But that's why you're seeing –
02:45Yeah.
02:45And I believe that you want to –
02:46I'll just leave it at this and we can dive in deeper.
02:49That game showed me nothing about Sam Donald.
02:52Nothing.
