00:35Buffalo then he defaults back to going to the Chargers but I just kind of laugh at every tweet

00:44coaching job in Buffalo guy's been the OC for the Chargers for about seven seconds has he even
00:50stepped in the building yet to meet anybody so it's I just don't know what the hurry was for him to
00:56sign anything assuming he even has to lock himself into that role with these out clauses for a head
01:03coaching job built into the contract why not just go through the all the process of interviewing for
01:08these jobs and at that point if nothing comes to fruition there are the Chargers waiting they don't
01:13need to rush to hire somebody else you already know at the very least you got a handshake a verbal
01:17commitment that he wants to come to you if one of these superior jobs doesn't happen but I don't
01:22know it doesn't seem to matter anyway and look it was a disaster largely in Miami in in my opinion I
01:29know they were double digit win team a couple of times I know they made the playoffs I know this team
01:34much to my surprise fought for him all the way to the end of that tenure there were about seven
01:39different times I was waiting for the guy to get fired is he going to make it to Halloween is he
01:44going to make it to Thanksgiving is he going to get to Christmas holy crap he made it to the end
01:48of the year he might get a contract extension I just I was not reading that thing right at any step
01:54of the way but the fact that he couldn't do anything again this offensive guru this genius

03:09you got Justin Herbert it's a tremendous talent you have I mean he is really one of the more gifted
03:13passers do you think this thing actually works I do think it'll work and I agree like these are not
03:19like-minded individuals obviously but I do think it's going to work because Herbert is still even
03:25though the playoff failures he is still an excellent very talented quarterback and he's got a boatload of
03:30weapons around him from McConkie who's coming off a down year Johnston who has shown he is an explosive
03:35threat Allen still has some stuff in the tank I do believe Hampton is going to be a good running back
03:40in this league if you give Mike McDaniel that many pieces and the fact that hey all you got to do is
03:45worry about the offense I got the rest in the case of Harbaugh or defensive coordinator special teams
03:51coach all of these things I do think he's going to do well I think that he is going you know he's not
03:56necessarily going to replicate what he did in San Francisco but I I do think it's going to be
04:02successful and I think inside the next two years he's going to be a head coach again in the NFL
