01:07training and professional background.

01:41all Indians.
01:42So how can we empower and enrich all Indians, every citizen of India with AI.
01:48So one of the big takeaways today is this study that we have done on employed
01:55employability of fresh graduates, how is AI impacting their employability, what do we
02:00need to do across academia, government and the student community so that we are able to
02:07prepare our students for the AI job market.
02:10And what are the challenges?
02:12So there are several challenges of course because the fast rapid nature in which AI is evolving
02:18and the fact that India is such a diverse country, we have a lot of students in Tier 1, Tier 2,
02:24Tier 3 institutions who don't have the same access to AI technology, AI infrastructure.

02:40laptops and access to AI models so that they are able to compete effectively in the AI job

02:47So I think the future is basically that the government especially Prime Minister Modi
02:53through the India AI mission is giving a great push for R&D in India to be able to build sovereign
02:59AI models in India so that we just don't import technologies created elsewhere but we create
03:05technology here in India which we can take to the rest of the world.
