Union Minister Chirag Paswan launched a sharp attack on Congress and other opposition parties, accusing them of trying to create an atmosphere of chaos in India. Referring to unrest in France, Italy and Spain, he questioned whether the opposition wanted similar situations in India. He also invoked Bangladesh, Nepal and Pakistan while alleging foreign interference under the cover of protests. Paswan criticised parliamentary disruptions, impeachment demands and the opposition's objections to EVMs and SIR, accusing them of wasting public money and parliamentary time.
