00:00People need to not go for every little thing that they think might be something big.
00:06See a GP if it's something that you might not need to go to a doctor or a hospital about.
00:11That's why they are so overworked.
00:13I have a quite bad experience about the appointments
00:16because last month I was sick due to fever
00:19but they gave me appointment right after two months.
00:22So that was quite terrible.
00:25Giving it more funds is great
00:27but you also need to have like efficient use of those funds as well.
00:30It's important to have both of those things.
00:32But my local NHS is awesome.
00:35Well a family member of mine was in A&E recently
00:38and the waiting time was on average seven hours
00:41and she was in for a very serious issue, a very painful issue.
00:45I had to spend some time with her and then I had to go pick my children up from school.
00:48So that was very frustrating.
00:51My recent experience of the NHS, brilliant.
00:54You know, superb people, superb service.
00:57And yeah, long may it be so.
