00:02:12Have y'all run into situations where people have come in that have had cancer?

00:02:16And have you had any success seeing cancer healed?

00:02:20Just had one this week.

00:02:24The gal went through deliverance and vomited up a strange green bile.

00:02:30Whoa.

00:02:31And when it was over, all of her cancer pain was gone and she was completely healed.

00:02:37She's in the process from the doctor.

00:02:39Brother Michael, that's truly a miracle.

00:02:42Deliverance and healing are miracle ministries.

00:02:45It's time to be a part of it.

00:02:46Brother Michael, what if someone has waited around, maybe they're for stage cancer, maybe

00:02:53they went the route of cancer and chemo.

00:02:56Doctors said, we can't do any more for you.

00:02:58Is it too late to get prayer at that point?

00:03:00I know the Bible talks about a sickness as in the death, but I'm not sure what it really

00:03:03means.

00:03:05What's been your experience?

00:03:06Can the Lord even help hardcore cases like that?

00:03:08Well, in those kinds of cases, a person obviously needs two miracles.

00:03:13One, they got to get the cancer demons out of the body and then they need to be healed

00:03:18from the chemoic therapy.

00:03:20Yes.

00:03:21A friccated process.

00:03:23But the first step is to get the demons out.

00:03:26Okay.

00:03:26Now that's very, that's important.

00:03:28Um, my understanding is, uh, medical science has about a 97% kill rate using chemo and radiation.

00:03:38If they were in the healing business, the American Cancer Institute would disband.

00:03:42I think that's their in charter in their charter.

00:03:44When they find a cure, they're going to disband.

00:03:46Well, they're taking in billions of dollars a year.

00:03:48They're not healing anybody.

00:03:49And, uh, I look at modern cancer treatments as nothing but a bandaid.

00:03:55Maybe it will extend your life a little bit.

00:03:59But at what cost?

00:04:00You got to lop your breast off, cut the ball sack off.

00:04:03I mean, I'm being a graphic here.

00:04:06That's what they do.

00:04:07Cut and burn.

00:04:07And, you know, they've got some out there.

00:04:09They, they tell people, you know, we're looking at your epigenetics and you have a propensity

00:04:14maybe for cancer.

00:04:17Your mom had it or your, your aunt had it.

00:04:20And I'm thinking of a particular celebrity right now.

00:04:22I won't mention the name.

00:04:23So they had preemptive treatment.

00:04:26They didn't even have cancer, brother.

00:04:27They cut her breast off.

00:04:30Okay.

00:04:30Now she had to go through that terrible thing called the mastectomy.

00:04:33And then a while later they said, Oh, you know what?

00:04:36We see it in your blood.

00:04:38You don't have cancer, but we recommend you do a hysterectomy.

00:04:41They took her female parts out.

00:04:44What the hell?

00:04:46She didn't even have cancer diagnosis, but you probably get it because we see your epigenetics.

00:04:52Now, I mean, that's, that's the extreme, but it's going on.

00:04:55And you know, um, I remember in the word of God, Michael, it says, uh, King Asa was diseased of his feet and he sought his doctors for healing and it got worse and worse and he died.

00:05:09And they, I guess, um, burnt incense for him and they buried him with his fathers.

00:05:15And it says in all of his illness, he never sought the Lord.

00:05:19So I think that that tells me whatever we may be battling with.

00:05:23And God forbid you come down with a horrible disease, but it happens.

00:05:27I just lost two friends to cancer and, um, Lord have mercy.

00:05:33Um, many are out of the chemo and radiation and they're going to find out, Hey, they're going to destroy their immune system.

00:05:42Maybe they lose that body part.

00:05:44How are you going to replace that?

00:05:47A guy could do a creative miracle, but apart from that, why not go to the Lord first?

00:05:53But you know, these doctors, they pressure people, Mike.

00:05:56They said, well, we have something in there we see on the, the, uh, scan.

00:06:00And, uh, I think we need to, we need to schedule you for surgery.

00:06:04We could take a biopsy.

00:06:05Okay.

00:06:06Well, assuming that the biopsy came back and it was a malignant, what are you going to do?

00:06:12Are you going to knee jerk?

00:06:13But fear grabs a lot of people gripped by fear.

00:06:15And they said, well, the doctor said, I need to get in there right now.

00:06:18And I said, hold up, let's go to the Lord first.

00:06:21Who knows?

00:06:23God can heal you.

00:06:24We know from King Asa, it said the man didn't seek the Lord.

00:06:27So why don't we seek the Lord?

00:06:29I don't think the situation is going to get any worse than it is.

00:06:32If you wait 30 days, why not see what the Lord will do?

00:06:35And so I said, uh, what if you need deliverance and you need healing and God decide, and God

00:06:43heals you as a result, you know, then you don't need to cut that body part out.

00:06:48Now, am I being too radical on what I said, brother Mike?

00:06:51What do you think about that situation?

00:06:53Should we try the Lord first?

00:06:54Well, that, that's our obvious recommendation, but, uh, some people, um, are not, uh, they

00:07:03don't operate like that.

00:07:05Fear is a powerful enemy of a born again Christian and, uh, fear causes us to do things we wouldn't

00:07:16normally do if we were, so to speak, in our right mind.

00:07:20And I'm not trying to bring guilt, shame, and condemnation on anybody.

00:07:24I was talking about a family member.

00:07:26I know others that said, I'm not going to do any, um, normal treatments.

00:07:32I'm going to go to holistic center.

00:07:34And I, I know a guy fought, fought back.

00:07:36He didn't do the chemo, chemo and radiation, but, um, he didn't get any deliverance.

00:07:41Didn't have any people operating faith and power.

00:07:44He got weaker and died.

00:07:45He's with Jesus tonight.

00:07:46I know he was saved.

00:07:48And I'm not condemning anybody.

00:07:51My old father died of cancer, bladder cancer, tied into a generational curse.

00:07:57And the Lord spoke to me in a dream, warning me and my brother that we had a curse we need

00:08:01to break camp.

00:08:01Turned out, brother Mike, while my grandfather Davis saw my great granddaddy was a Freemason,

00:08:07unleashed this curse, took him out at 52, killed my grandfather at 58, who loved Jesus and wasn't

00:08:14involved in Freemasonry, but we didn't learn anything about breaking curses or deliverance

00:08:17in the church of God.

00:08:18When I grew up, that was just something that person had over in Haiti.

00:08:21If they're in voodoo, they needed deliverance, but not the Christians.

00:08:25Right.

00:08:25It couldn't be more than further than the truth.

00:08:27My father dies at 57 of cancer, bladder cancer.

00:08:32And I said, dad, don't do the chemo and radiation.

00:08:36Son, I'm going to trust God and trust my doctor.

00:08:38We didn't trust God.

00:08:38He just, he was in fear.

00:08:39Trust the doctor.

00:08:40We didn't know anything about deliverance at the time.

00:08:42And then the Lord told me that we had a generational curse need to break.

00:08:45He spoke to me audibly and he never broke it, killed him.

00:08:49My brother and I had to bury him, but then we broke the curse.

00:08:53Otherwise it's going to break our back next.

00:08:55And we got ahold of that book by Derek Prince of blessing the curse you choose.

00:08:58We repented of our sins and the sins of our ancestors, applied the blood of Jesus, broke

00:09:03that curse.

00:09:03And in Jesus name, that started our deliverance.

00:09:06And so I speak, I've got skin in the game.

00:09:08I've lost family members.

00:09:10It's not a blessing to die in your fifties before your time.

00:09:15I'm going for 120.

00:09:16I don't want to die at 50, seven, 58, dear Lord.

00:09:19But what I want to say is, you know, I have a lot of firsthand knowledge.

00:09:24We prayed for a lot of people.

00:09:25I prayed for a lady a number of years ago.

00:09:27She went the other route, didn't help her.

00:09:29And we prayed for us about 15 years ago.

00:09:31And she was on the fourth stage.

00:09:36I said, can we pray for her?

00:09:37They said, yeah.

00:09:39So we prayed for her.

00:09:39We took her through some deliverance.

00:09:41Turns out she had been sleeping with a war lot.

00:09:46Didn't know anything about deliverance.

00:09:47Well, we walked her through the sinner's prayer.

00:09:49Whether God healed or not, we want to make sure she made it to Jesus.

00:09:51She repented.

00:09:52We broke those soul ties.

00:09:53That took us through some deliverance.

00:09:55But I didn't operate in faith and power to heal the sick.

00:09:59And I want to get there.

00:10:00I do the first of the signs that fall.

00:10:02Then believe I haven't hit the others yet.

00:10:04But I do cast out demons.

00:10:06Hey, Alan.

00:10:06And, you know, brother, you're seeing massive healings and deliveries.

00:10:11That's why I want to ask you.

00:10:12Because we just lost a guy who was in Japan three months ago.

00:10:15Pastor Dan, a good friend of mine.

00:10:17And, you know, I don't think he did the chemo radiation.

00:10:19I don't know if he did, but I don't think he did.

00:10:21But he went the ivermectin route and killed his liver.

00:10:24Some are saying, don't do chemo therapy, but take albindazole and ivermectin.

00:10:28But what dosage?

00:10:29For how long?

00:10:30And he destroyed his liver.

00:10:33Turned him yellow.

00:10:33You can blow your liver out with green tea supplements.

00:10:38Everything you eat is processed to the liver.

00:10:41It can only take so much filtering.

00:10:43I said all that to say this is a little opening.

00:10:46I'm going to let Brother Mike take the mic.

00:10:48But I wanted to ask you, because if you've had experience, I want to encourage people out there.

00:10:53Try the Lord first.

00:10:56And, you know, if the illness is coming through a demonic vector of attack, Mike,

00:11:00and we need to repent or we need to break some things off, get some demons out that may be carried in the cancer and arthritis,

00:11:07like when Worley said happens sometimes,

00:11:10then how would we expect to even be healed any other way if we don't get the deliverance first?

00:11:14So did I hear you right?

00:11:16We should cast the demons out first?

00:11:18Yeah.

00:11:18Now, you know, some cancers are not caused by demons.

00:11:24There's different causes for cancer.

00:11:27But many times those type of patients that had cancer, you'd see them healed at an Oral Roberts or an A.A. Allen rally.

00:11:39Yes.

00:11:40And they didn't go through any deliverance.

00:11:41It just so happens that last week, this cancer was caused by a demon.

00:11:48When this gal went through deliverance and this strange green bile came out, that was demonic cancer.

00:11:58So each case is different.

00:12:00You've got to analyze them specifically.

00:12:02I mean, like Steve McQueen, I think he got cancer, mesolithioma, when he was working in the shipyards,

00:12:10pulling down abestos from ships back in the 50s.

00:12:13And, you know, he got lung cancer.

00:12:16I think he smoked too, but I think it probably was the, I'm going to guess probably that environmental toxin.

00:12:22So it's not always the case it's the demons.

00:12:24I hear you.

00:12:24But we should hit that first.

00:12:26Chances are, though, probably they've got some other demon in there anyway.

00:12:29Right.

00:12:29And whether it's a cancer demon or not, is it not the modus operandi of all demons to kill, steal, and destroy?

00:12:37100%.

00:12:37So the propensity is those things are going to kill sooner or later.

00:12:42If we don't kick them out, they may take us out in a body bag.

00:12:46Now, brother, what about bitterness and unforgiveness?

00:12:49Could that be an open door to not just cancer, but other infirmities?

00:12:53What do you think about that?

00:12:55Well, we've seen a number of people healed who repented of that.

00:12:59So that covers a wide range of illnesses, not just cancer.

00:13:03Let's say, though, I've really been hurt or someone out there has really been hurt, Mike, and just maybe they've been abused physically.

00:13:10And they just say, man, I just I just can't forget what that what has been done to me.

00:13:16I don't want to forgive.

00:13:18What's that setting them up for, Mike, if a person doesn't forgive?

00:13:22Well, A, you can't go through deliverance.

00:13:25If somebody won't forgive, it's we can't get the demons out of them.

00:13:30So that's a prerequisite for deliverance of any type.

00:13:34We need to need to repent.

00:13:36I mean, to forgive rather.

00:13:37Well, repentance is required for all forms of deliverance.

00:13:41That should be the centerpiece of your deliverance ministry.

00:13:44OK, first they repent.

00:13:46That's the number one thing.

00:13:49Repent and forgive, because Jesus said that if you do not forgive, not will my father in heaven forgive you.

00:13:54And we've got that parable about the the man who was brought up before the king and owed such a great debt.

00:14:01He took his family.

00:14:04Into slavery and said, you know, we're going to put you in jail, take them.

00:14:07And he begged for mercy, got forgiven.

00:14:09And then he ran into another guy who owed him like a buck.

00:14:13He'd just been forgiven a million dollars.

00:14:15And they threw his buddy into jail.

00:14:17He wouldn't show mercy.

00:14:18The king finds out about and he grabs him, said, I forgave you this great debt because you didn't forgive.

00:14:22What's going on?

00:14:23He threw him into outer darkness.

00:14:26Until he paid the last cent or something like that.

00:14:28I may be paraphrasing, but am I am on track here?

00:14:31Yeah, we don't forgive.

00:14:32He got turned over to the tormentors.

00:14:33Will we get turned over to the tormentors?

00:14:36Yeah, in principle, they're already being tormented before they get turned over.

00:14:42They're already infected with spirits.

00:14:45That's why they want to forgive me.

00:14:48You may be infected with spirits.

00:14:50Are there tuning in tonight?

00:14:52Before we're done, Mike's going to pray.

00:14:53Thank you for answering a couple of questions.

00:14:55Folks, it's ubiquitous now.

00:14:57I can't tell you how many people I know who have been dying of cancer, lost friends, just lost another friend.

00:15:05He was ready to meet Jesus.

00:15:06He went into the meeting presence of the Lord, Brother Shane.

00:15:11But, folks, we've got to have faith and understand that there's something wrong if we can't go find someone to pray for us and have faith and power for healing.

00:15:23But I am thankful that you all believe.

00:15:26I don't know a handful of you that believe and have a track record of healing.

00:15:33That's important.

00:15:35Faith and power.

00:15:38Jesus couldn't do many miracles because of their doubt and unbelief.

00:15:41I wonder if that's the problem with a lot of churches.

00:15:44They just don't believe that a person can be healed of cancer.

00:15:48Number one.

00:15:48Is it necessary also to anoint with oil?

00:15:53Do you anoint with oil over there?

00:15:54Is that a factor?

00:15:56Yeah, we do that, but not in every case.

00:15:58Okay.

00:16:01Michael, I want to thank you for that.

00:16:02And if someone out there is battling a deadly disease or they've got a friend, they're fighting for their life right now,

00:16:08and they would like to go to the Lord first, or maybe they have tried the other route.

00:16:13It didn't work, and they want to go to the Lord.

00:16:59Had a Bible study I wanted to share with your listeners, and thanks for having me back on again.

00:17:04And Christianity here in America, to be honest with you, doesn't really work very well.

00:17:17Most Christians kind of see Christianity as a hobby.

00:17:20And the evangelical churches here in this country are weak.

00:17:29Even the Pentecostals and the Prophetics, the Charismatics, those churches are weak, too.

00:17:36And the reason that there's so many weak churches out there and weak Christians, carnal Christians, lukewarm Christians, the whole rack, the reason for that is that they don't see Christianity for what it is.

00:17:55It's a war.

00:17:58Now, Christianity, believe it or not, is actually a war, and Paul actually framed it in that venue.

00:18:09War is something that is part of humanity's fallen nature.

00:18:17War and killing is part of being a human.

00:18:22Human beings have it innately in them.

00:18:26You know, Cain murdered Abel, the Canaanites.

00:18:34You look through the Old Testament, it's one war after the other.

00:18:39The Jews lost 33 wars because they had backslidden and gone back into sin and idolatry.

00:18:51War is just part of being a human being.

00:18:54War is the most natural thing.

00:18:57It's almost like breathing, actually.

00:19:00You know, years ago, an author named H.G. Wells wrote a book called War of the Worlds.

00:19:10And that book came out in like 1889 or something like that.

00:19:19And near the turn of the century.

00:19:20And it was the number one bestseller.

00:19:23Spectacular book.

00:19:24And it was a story about Martians that had invaded the planet Earth.

00:19:32And they landed out in California.

00:19:35And, of course, they did.

00:19:38Naturally, they would go to California.

00:19:40But years later, in 1939, another radio program came out.

00:19:53And the radio program was entitled The War of the Worlds.

00:19:58And the radio host was that famous actor and producer and director who made that movie Citizen Kane.

00:20:13And he had a radio program back in 1939.

00:20:18And he actually did a radio program on H.G. Wells' book.

00:20:22Orson Welles.

00:20:23Orson Welles, yeah.

00:20:25Very famous director, actor.

00:20:27A guy had a genius level IQ.

00:20:30Brilliant man.

00:20:31And he had a radio show back in 1939.

00:20:33And he did that book.

00:20:37And the way he framed it was he pretended he was a reporter reporting on the actual event.

00:20:43The invasion.

00:20:44The Martians had landed.

00:20:47And they were invading the planet Earth.

00:20:49And he had created this long story about how this was actually happening.

00:20:55And the way he presented it, it seemed like it was literally happening.

00:21:02And that's exactly how it was perceived.

00:21:04The American public actually heard that radio program.

00:21:08And literally, nationwide, coast-to-coast panic occurred.

00:21:14People were calling the police, the military, the cops.

00:21:18I mean, you wouldn't believe it.

00:21:20It was crazy.

00:21:21People actually thought we were being invaded by Martians, that they were here, that they were going to destroy the country.

00:21:31I'm not making this up.

00:21:33I wouldn't do that.

00:21:35But war is part of being a human being.

00:21:40There's wars all over the place.

00:21:43The Jews have been fighting wars forever.

00:21:48The first holocaust, for example, occurred in 70 AD, when the emperor overran Jerusalem and destroyed the place.

00:21:58One million Jews, according to Josephus, one million Jews died.

00:22:05It started in 67 AD, lasted until 70 after Masada fell.

00:22:11And a million Jews lost their lives.

00:22:15War.

00:22:16The Jews tried to come back and...

00:22:18135 AD, and Rome crushed it again, and they lost again.

00:22:27And, of course, you know, the Dyspora occurred after that.

00:22:30They were scattered all over the planet Earth.

00:22:32But God had made a prophecy that someday he would reunite the nation of Israel and put them back together.

00:22:40Then, of course, in the 1940s, another holocaust occurred.

00:22:46The Jews were involved.

00:22:47Six million Jews, gypsies, and disabled people were literally, systematically murdered by the Nazis.

00:22:55And Adolf Hitler was responsible for someone in the neighborhood of 10 million people dying.

00:23:03He was actually an amateur compared to Joseph Stalin.

00:23:07He had over 20 million people he murdered.

00:23:10But that's a different Bible study.

00:23:11But Paul, Paul, looking at all these wars, actually framed Christianity with that concept.

00:23:22For example, in 2 Corinthians chapter 10, Paul said,

00:23:28Though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh.

00:23:35In 1 Timothy chapter 1, he said to his protege,

00:23:42This charge I commit to you, according to the prophecies that went before you,

00:23:48that you, by these prophecies, might war a good warfare.

00:23:56In 1 Peter chapter 2, the apostle said to the people,

00:24:04Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims on the earth,

00:24:11abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul.

00:24:19And this concept of Christianity being a war has escaped the church.

00:24:27The church doesn't see it as a war.

00:24:30They kind of see it as a hobby.

00:24:33And they don't understand half the things Jesus taught.

00:24:38For example, at one time he told his disciples,

00:24:42You cannot serve two masters.

00:24:46You must hate one of them.

00:24:48The Greek word for hate there is meseo.

00:24:52It means to despise.

00:24:56And those are strange words coming from Christ.

00:25:01In another incident, he said to the disciples,

00:25:07Anybody who comes to me and does not hate their mother and father,

00:25:14brother, sister, son, or daughter, or their spouse,

00:25:18cannot be my disciple.

00:25:23And what was he talking about there?

00:25:26Well, a Christian is different from a disciple.

00:25:32Those are two separate things.

00:25:35And all disciples are Christians.

00:25:38Only about 2% of Christians ever become disciples, in my experience.

00:25:45And a Christian is the Greek word christianos,

00:25:49which is a follower of Christ.

00:25:52A disciple is a mathetes,

00:25:55which is an ardent learner of Christ.

00:25:59There's a difference between the two.

00:26:03A Christian doesn't amount to much.

00:26:08They don't have strong faith.

00:26:12They don't have the anointing for healing and deliverance or almost anything else.

00:26:17And they see Christianity almost kind of like a hobby,

00:26:23like something to do to appease the conscience in a way.

00:26:27They go to church on Sunday morning.

00:26:30They listen to a sermon.

00:26:33They put some stuff in the offering.

00:26:37And they say hi to their friends.

00:26:39And then they leave and go to Golden Corral or Taco Bell.

00:26:45They don't see it as a war

00:26:48because the pastors don't present it as a war.

00:26:56They don't like that term.

00:26:57They don't like the concept of it.

00:26:59And when I was in the Assembly of God religion

00:27:03for years and years and years,

00:27:05I never saw it as a war either.

00:27:08The only time it actually registered with me

00:27:10was after I had gone through deliverance in 2004.

00:27:16And when I got into the deliverance ministry,

00:27:20I saw how these demons tried to resist being cast out.

00:27:29And they would fight with fury to stay in,

00:27:34particularly the stronger ones.

00:27:35And I saw some of the demons,

00:27:40when I first started out,

00:27:41they would try to intimidate you,

00:27:43and they were vulgar.

00:27:46And it didn't occur to me,

00:27:47and I didn't grasp it at the time,

00:27:49but I saw what they were doing.

00:27:53They were fighting for their lives,

00:27:55and Satan and the demons see this thing as a war.

00:28:03They don't view it as a hobby.

00:28:07They're fighting for their lives.

00:28:08So you've got these demons

00:28:09that are fiercely competitive,

00:28:13and then you have these Christians down here

00:28:16who are just kind of casual observers,

00:28:20and this system doesn't work

00:28:22because Jesus saw it as a war.

00:28:26For example,

00:28:27two or three times in his ministry,

00:28:29he went into the temple,

00:28:32and he was enraged.

00:28:40And you don't really think of Jesus

00:28:41as somebody who was enraged.

00:28:43In fact,

00:28:44all of the ancient paintings

00:28:45and portraits of him

00:28:47kind of have him,

00:28:49he kind of looks a little effeminate.

00:28:52They kind of present him as weak or soft.

00:28:55And the truth of the matter is,

00:28:59if we were to go back there

00:29:00and actually watch him

00:29:01in his ministry,

00:29:04Jesus was tough as nails.

00:29:07He was a tough guy,

00:29:11very tough.

00:29:13And he had this tremendous strength about him

00:29:16and this heart of a lion,

00:29:19but he also had at the same time

00:29:21this enormous empathy for humanity

00:29:25and this compassion

00:29:26that was absolutely amazing.

00:29:30You know,

00:29:30in Matthew, Mark, and Luke,

00:29:32all three of them contain

00:29:33the stories of Jesus

00:29:36rebuking the Pharisees.

00:29:40But Matthew is the only one

00:29:42that goes through a long list

00:29:45and includes,

00:29:49you know,

00:29:49must have been most of the conversation

00:29:51he had with them.

00:29:52Luke and Mark just kind of

00:29:54trip over it short,

00:29:56you know,

00:29:56lightly.

00:29:58But Jesus was,

00:30:00when he needed to be,

00:30:01very tough

00:30:02and very hard.

00:30:05And then,

00:30:06at the woman at the well,

00:30:08he was very loving

00:30:11and very gentle.

00:30:12And when he walked into the temple,

00:30:17Jesus in his heart

00:30:19saw the temple

00:30:20as his father's house.

00:30:23And they had turned it into a Walmart.

00:30:28And that infuriated him.

00:30:31And the Bible says that he

00:30:32grabbed a stick of some kind

00:30:35and a bunch of leather straps

00:30:38from somewhere

00:30:39and he started wrapping it up.

00:30:40He was making this whip.

00:30:43Almost like a cat of nine tails.

00:30:46And that took some time to do that.

00:30:49So this wasn't a situation

00:30:50where Jesus blew his stack.

00:30:53This was a situation

00:30:54where he had righteous indignation

00:30:55of what they had turned

00:30:57his father's house into.

00:30:59And he was infuriated.

00:31:00And he went through that

00:31:03checkout area

00:31:06and absolutely destroyed it.

00:31:10He ruined the entire retail environment.

00:31:15Busted it up.

00:31:17That's a tough guy doing that.

00:31:20Particularly when there were people there

00:31:21who hated his guts

00:31:22and they were plotting to kill him.

00:31:24They were thinking about

00:31:25how they could murder him.

00:31:26didn't faze him.

00:31:29Why?

00:31:30He was focused on

00:31:31what they had done

00:31:34to his father's house.

00:31:36And he was outraged

00:31:38because of his father.

00:31:40They had disrespected

00:31:41his father.

00:31:44That's interesting.

00:31:45If Christians

00:31:46were to get this

00:31:48what I call a gift of hate,

00:31:50they would look at people

00:31:53with cancer,

00:31:54look at people who are sick,

00:31:55look at people being

00:31:56tormented by the devil

00:31:57and they would

00:32:00have this same

00:32:01kind of internal rage

00:32:04come out

00:32:05of like

00:32:08how dare you

00:32:09destroy these people's lives.

00:32:13And that's kind of

00:32:14the way Jesus was.

00:32:15He had this

00:32:17warrior spirit.

00:32:20And Paul

00:32:21capitalized on it.

00:32:23For example,

00:32:24in Ephesians 6,

00:32:25everybody's memorized

00:32:26these verses.

00:32:27It says,

00:32:28take unto you

00:32:29the whole armor

00:32:30of God.

00:32:35Panoplia

00:32:35is the Greek word

00:32:36there for armor

00:32:37and it was referring

00:32:38to

00:32:39the outfit

00:32:40the Roman

00:32:41soldiers wore

00:32:43when they were

00:32:44in combat.

00:32:46he's using

00:32:48he's using

00:32:49military

00:32:50metaphors

00:32:51to describe

00:32:53Christianity.

00:32:55And then he says,

00:32:56so that you may

00:32:58be able

00:32:58to withstand

00:32:59in the evil

00:33:00day having

00:33:01done all

00:33:02to stand.

00:33:03Again,

00:33:03he's

00:33:04referencing

00:33:04the Roman

00:33:06army

00:33:07invading

00:33:08some village

00:33:09or town

00:33:10or something

00:33:10and there's

00:33:11this massive

00:33:12hand-to-hand

00:33:14combat

00:33:14situation

00:33:16where the Rome

00:33:17would come in

00:33:19and slaughter

00:33:19everybody.

00:33:22The Romans

00:33:22were

00:33:23cold-blooded

00:33:25killers,

00:33:26kind of like

00:33:27Nazis.

00:33:29But here you see

00:33:30Paul using

00:33:31that as an

00:33:32illustration

00:33:33of the point

00:33:35he's trying to get

00:33:35through here.

00:33:36that Christianity

00:33:37doesn't work

00:33:40if you see

00:33:41it like a

00:33:42hobby.

00:33:44If you have

00:33:44a casual

00:33:45approach to it,

00:33:46if you

00:33:46kind of just

00:33:48look at it

00:33:48like,

00:33:49well,

00:33:49you know,

00:33:50God is

00:33:51love.

00:33:53Well,

00:33:53love

00:33:54requires you

00:33:55to fight.

00:33:59And so

00:34:00by an extension,

00:34:01believe it or not,

00:34:02fighting

00:34:03is

00:34:04love.

00:34:05Ephesians 6,

00:34:07stand therefore

00:34:08having your

00:34:09loins

00:34:10girt about

00:34:11you with

00:34:11truth,

00:34:12putting on

00:34:13the breast

00:34:13plate

00:34:14of

00:34:15righteousness.

00:34:20What's

00:34:20he doing

00:34:20there?

00:34:21Same thing.

00:34:23The Jews

00:34:24knew all

00:34:25about Roman

00:34:25soldiers.

00:34:26They hated

00:34:27them.

00:34:28And the

00:34:28Romans hated

00:34:29them.

00:34:30They saw

00:34:31them as

00:34:31human

00:34:31garbage,

00:34:32refuge.

00:34:32the way

00:34:35the Nazis

00:34:35saw the

00:34:36Jews.

00:34:38And

00:34:38he's

00:34:40using these

00:34:41military

00:34:42metaphors

00:34:43to try

00:34:45to get

00:34:45the Christian

00:34:46and Timothy

00:34:46and the

00:34:47others to

00:34:47hear and

00:34:48understand.

00:34:49Listen,

00:34:51this is a

00:34:52war and a

00:34:53fight to

00:34:54the death.

00:34:56And you've

00:34:56got to take

00:34:57the shield

00:34:57of faith

00:34:58so you

00:35:00can quench

00:35:01the fiery

00:35:01darts of

00:35:02the wicked.

00:35:03Now,

00:35:03what's he

00:35:03talking about

00:35:04there?

00:35:04Physically

00:35:04getting involved

00:35:05with sinners

00:35:06and fighting

00:35:07them and

00:35:07killing them?

00:35:08No.

00:35:09Paul is

00:35:10trying to

00:35:10get us

00:35:10to see

00:35:11that this

00:35:11is a

00:35:12spiritual

00:35:12war.

00:35:15This

00:35:15isn't a

00:35:16casual

00:35:16experience.

00:35:19And you

00:35:19have to

00:35:20put on

00:35:20weapons of

00:35:21war

00:35:22to win.

00:35:24you can't

00:35:26just go

00:35:27to church.

00:35:28You can't

00:35:28just donate

00:35:29a few

00:35:29bucks here

00:35:29and there.

00:35:30That's not

00:35:31going to

00:35:31work.

00:35:32If you

00:35:32do it

00:35:33that way,

00:35:33you're

00:35:34going to

00:35:34spend your

00:35:35whole life

00:35:35watching other

00:35:36Christians and

00:35:37relatives and

00:35:38friends and

00:35:39co-workers.

00:35:40You're going to

00:35:41sit there and

00:35:41watch them all

00:35:43die and

00:35:45watch the

00:35:45devil destroy

00:35:46their lives.

00:35:48If you don't

00:35:49understand this

00:35:50is a war and

00:35:52you don't know

00:35:52how to do

00:35:53spiritual

00:35:54warfare.

00:35:59It's not

00:36:00going to

00:36:00work any

00:36:01other way.

00:36:02Christians who

00:36:03don't see it as

00:36:04a war don't

00:36:05have any

00:36:05motivation to

00:36:07fight for

00:36:07somebody else's

00:36:08life.

00:36:12They won't

00:36:12do it.

00:36:14They'll pray

00:36:15for you or

00:36:16they'll put your

00:36:16name on a

00:36:17prayer chain

00:36:17but praying

00:36:21for somebody

00:36:22or put them

00:36:22on a prayer

00:36:23chain,

00:36:24isn't good

00:36:26enough.

00:36:26That doesn't

00:36:27work.

00:36:29People die

00:36:29of cancer

00:36:30and illnesses

00:36:31and all kinds

00:36:32of things all

00:36:32the time and

00:36:34there's dozens

00:36:35of people

00:36:35praying for

00:36:36them.

00:36:38Right?

00:36:40If you've been

00:36:41in church any

00:36:41time at all,

00:36:42you know what I

00:36:43said was exactly

00:36:44right.

00:36:45Absolutely right.

00:36:46people die all

00:36:48the time and

00:36:48nobody,

00:36:49because nobody

00:36:50understands this

00:36:52is a war.

00:36:53A horrible

00:36:53thing happened

00:36:54to me back

00:36:56in the mid

00:36:5790s.

00:36:58We had a

00:36:59couple at our

00:37:00assembly of God

00:37:01church and

00:37:04they were

00:37:05friends of

00:37:06mine and

00:37:07his wife,

00:37:09she had

00:37:10come down

00:37:11with scleroderma.

00:37:13I didn't even

00:37:14know what

00:37:14scleroderma was

00:37:15back then.

00:37:17But apparently

00:37:18it's some kind

00:37:19of weird,

00:37:21strange

00:37:22sickness

00:37:23that causes

00:37:25your internal

00:37:26organs to

00:37:27kind of

00:37:28harden or

00:37:29calcify.

00:37:30and the

00:37:32person goes

00:37:32through this

00:37:33process for a

00:37:35long period of

00:37:36time and

00:37:36then the

00:37:36organs,

00:37:37they get so

00:37:38stiff and

00:37:41unusable and

00:37:43the person

00:37:44dies of

00:37:44internal organ

00:37:45failure from

00:37:46these.

00:37:47It's a real

00:37:47strange illness.

00:37:49I never even

00:37:50heard of it

00:37:50before, but it

00:37:51was sickening.

00:37:52She had gotten

00:37:52down to 70

00:37:55pounds and

00:37:57what really

00:37:59bothered me

00:37:59was that

00:38:02everybody was

00:38:03praying for

00:38:04her.

00:38:04Our whole

00:38:05church prayed

00:38:06for her.

00:38:07We had

00:38:08anointed her

00:38:08with oil so

00:38:10many times.

00:38:12It's

00:38:12unbelievable.

00:38:13We had her

00:38:14up front for

00:38:14prayer.

00:38:16She got so

00:38:18sick she

00:38:18couldn't come

00:38:19to church

00:38:19anymore.

00:38:20So during

00:38:21our prayer

00:38:21meetings,

00:38:23she would be

00:38:23the first one

00:38:24on the list

00:38:25of the things

00:38:25we had to

00:38:26pray for.

00:38:28And if

00:38:29you've been

00:38:29in church

00:38:30for a

00:38:30while,

00:38:30you know

00:38:30exactly what

00:38:31I'm talking

00:38:31about.

00:38:32Everybody

00:38:32knows what

00:38:33I just

00:38:33said.

00:38:34I just

00:38:35described a

00:38:35normal church

00:38:36setting.

00:38:38And that

00:38:40woman died.

00:38:42And I

00:38:42remember how

00:38:45distraught I

00:38:46was over it.

00:38:46And they

00:38:47had a

00:38:47viewing at

00:38:49the church

00:38:49after she

00:38:51was dead.

00:38:53And I

00:38:54went there

00:38:55that night

00:38:55and looked

00:38:56at her in

00:38:57the casket

00:38:58there.

00:38:59And I

00:39:00had so

00:39:00many

00:39:00questions

00:39:01from God.

00:39:03Why,

00:39:04why,

00:39:04why?

00:39:05I had a

00:39:05series of

00:39:06whys.

00:39:07And I

00:39:07remember

00:39:08kneeling down

00:39:08at that

00:39:09cactus,

00:39:10or that

00:39:10casket,

00:39:12crying my

00:39:12eyes out

00:39:13at the

00:39:14church in

00:39:14front of

00:39:14everybody.

00:39:15There must

00:39:16have been

00:39:1625 people

00:39:17there.

00:39:17I just

00:39:17cried like

00:39:18a baby

00:39:18because I

00:39:20was so

00:39:20hurt and

00:39:22so frustrated

00:39:23that she

00:39:25had died

00:39:26when

00:39:27everybody

00:39:28and their

00:39:28dog

00:39:29had been

00:39:30praying for

00:39:31her.

00:39:32And she'd

00:39:33been anointed

00:39:33with oil

00:39:3450 times.

00:39:35We had

00:39:36evangelists

00:39:36come through,

00:39:37they prayed

00:39:37for,

00:39:38the pastor,

00:39:39associate

00:39:39pastor,

00:39:40board of

00:39:41directors,

00:39:41I mean,

00:39:42you name

00:39:42it,

00:39:43everybody

00:39:44we all

00:39:48prayed for.

00:39:49I prayed

00:39:49a long

00:39:50time for.

00:39:51She died

00:39:52on us.

00:39:53And that

00:39:53really bothered

00:39:54me.

00:39:54And I

00:39:56never

00:39:56understood

00:39:57until years

00:39:57later after

00:39:58I went

00:39:59through

00:39:59deliverance

00:40:00that she

00:40:02had a

00:40:02spirit of

00:40:02infirmity

00:40:03in her

00:40:03body that

00:40:04caused

00:40:04that

00:40:04scloderma.

00:40:05And he

00:40:06killed her,

00:40:07he murdered

00:40:07her in

00:40:07cold blood.

00:40:09And it

00:40:10really bothered

00:40:10me because I

00:40:11wasn't there

00:40:11for her.

00:40:13I didn't

00:40:14know what

00:40:14was wrong

00:40:15with her.

00:40:15I didn't

00:40:15know anything

00:40:16about demons.

00:40:18When I was

00:40:18in the

00:40:19assembly of

00:40:19God

00:40:19religion,

00:40:20we knew

00:40:21nothing about

00:40:22demons,

00:40:23just absolute,

00:40:24total ignorance.

00:40:25In fact,

00:40:26I was told

00:40:26Christians

00:40:27couldn't even

00:40:27have a

00:40:27demon.

00:40:28That's how

00:40:28bad that

00:40:28was.

00:40:30I didn't

00:40:30know my

00:40:31head from

00:40:31a hologram.

00:40:34And then

00:40:34I realized

00:40:35that I

00:40:35had let

00:40:36that woman

00:40:36down,

00:40:37looking back

00:40:38on it

00:40:38years later.

00:40:39I thought,

00:40:40oh my

00:40:40God,

00:40:41that woman

00:40:41had a

00:40:42spirit of

00:40:42infirmity.

00:40:43He murdered

00:40:43her right

00:40:44in front of

00:40:45our faces,

00:40:48right under

00:40:48our noses.

00:40:50He killed

00:40:51her.

00:40:52He did

00:40:52it.

00:40:54And that's

00:40:54why she

00:40:54couldn't

00:40:55get healed,

00:40:55because she

00:40:56needed

00:40:56deliverance.

00:40:56She didn't

00:40:57need healing.

00:40:59That really

00:40:59bothered me.

00:41:00And the

00:41:00reason that

00:41:01happened to

00:41:02our church,

00:41:03and the

00:41:03reason that

00:41:03scenario I

00:41:04just told you

00:41:05about plays

00:41:06over hundreds

00:41:08of thousands

00:41:08of times in

00:41:10the United

00:41:10States, in

00:41:12churches all

00:41:12over the

00:41:13country, all

00:41:1350 states.

00:41:15The reason

00:41:16that happens

00:41:17is because

00:41:18nobody sees

00:41:21this as a

00:41:21war.

00:41:22they don't

00:41:24see it as

00:41:24war.

00:41:26They don't

00:41:26get it.

00:41:28And they

00:41:29don't understand

00:41:30that praying

00:41:30is not good

00:41:32enough.

00:41:32Prayer,

00:41:32praying isn't

00:41:35enough.

00:41:38Deliverance

00:41:38requires more

00:41:40than prayer.

00:41:41You pray

00:41:41before you go

00:41:42into deliverance.

00:41:44That's how

00:41:45that works.

00:41:46You do that

00:41:46first, and

00:41:47then you go

00:41:47take your

00:41:49authority and

00:41:50command the

00:41:51demons out.

00:41:53I didn't

00:41:53understand any

00:41:54of that back

00:41:55then.

00:41:55I was really

00:41:55hurt over it.

00:41:56It really

00:41:56bothered me.

00:41:58Paul is

00:41:59trying to get

00:42:00through to

00:42:00me.

00:42:02Put on the

00:42:03helmet of

00:42:03salvation, take

00:42:04the sword of

00:42:05the spirit, and

00:42:07that Greek word

00:42:08for sword there,

00:42:09believe it or

00:42:09not, is

00:42:10makaira.

00:42:12Makaira is a

00:42:13knife.

00:42:13Many years

00:42:17ago, I sat

00:42:18glued to the

00:42:19TV every

00:42:19night when I

00:42:20got home from

00:42:20work.

00:42:21I'd watch, you

00:42:23know, 20

00:42:23minutes of the

00:42:24O.J.

00:42:25Simpson trial.

00:42:28And O.J., I

00:42:32went over to

00:42:33his ex-wife's

00:42:34house with a

00:42:36knife and

00:42:37just stabbed

00:42:38her to death,

00:42:38cut her head

00:42:39off, stabbed

00:42:39her.

00:42:40Some guy came

00:42:41over to help

00:42:42her.

00:42:42He stabbed

00:42:43him.

00:42:43Multiple

00:42:44times.

00:42:46And this

00:42:47knife concept

00:42:48Paul was

00:42:48telling us

00:42:49about, Ephesians

00:42:506, the

00:42:52sword of the

00:42:52spirit, it's

00:42:53actually one of

00:42:54those big

00:42:55hand-to-hand

00:42:57combat knives.

00:42:59And what

00:43:00Paul was

00:43:01trying to tell

00:43:01you was, we

00:43:03wrestle not

00:43:04against flesh

00:43:05and blood.

00:43:06This war is

00:43:08in the

00:43:08trenches.

00:43:10It's hand-to-

00:43:12hand combat.

00:43:13it's a

00:43:16vicious

00:43:17fight.

00:43:21And that's

00:43:22why he

00:43:22used the

00:43:23term

00:43:23a

00:43:24knife.

00:43:24A

00:43:24knife.

00:43:31And that

00:43:32knife, he

00:43:33said, is not

00:43:34a real knife.

00:43:35You don't go

00:43:35around stabbing

00:43:36people.

00:43:37It's the

00:43:37word of

00:43:39God.

00:43:40The Greek

00:43:40word for

00:43:41word there

00:43:41is rhema.

00:43:43It's a

00:43:44rhema word.

00:43:45You know, you

00:43:46have the

00:43:46logos, which is

00:43:47the whole

00:43:48concept, and

00:43:50then you have a

00:43:51rhema word that

00:43:51is a portion of

00:43:53the concept.

00:43:53Well, the

00:43:55logos is a

00:43:56spiritual warfare,

00:43:59and then a

00:44:01certain behavior

00:44:02to cast out a

00:44:03demon is a, he

00:44:04would speak a

00:44:05rhema word,

00:44:07commanding the

00:44:07demons out.

00:44:08That's what Paul's

00:44:09talking about here

00:44:10in Ephesians

00:44:10chapter 6.

00:44:12Brilliant.

00:44:12It's actually a

00:44:13brilliant writing.

00:44:14Fantastic.

00:44:14And then he

00:44:17goes on to

00:44:17give you more

00:44:18weapons, not

00:44:19just the word

00:44:20of God, which

00:44:21is your knife

00:44:22where you, in

00:44:22hand-to-hand

00:44:23combat, you

00:44:23fight your

00:44:24way through.

00:44:26He also

00:44:26said in

00:44:28verse 18,

00:44:30praying always

00:44:31with all

00:44:32prayer and

00:44:33supplication

00:44:35in the

00:44:36spirit.

00:44:37What's Paul

00:44:37talking about

00:44:38there?

00:44:38Well, you

00:44:39can't do

00:44:39that in

00:44:41your, in a

00:44:42human language.

00:44:43That's where

00:44:44your,

00:44:44Greek word

00:44:46glosa.

00:44:47That's where

00:44:47your heavenly

00:44:48language comes

00:44:49in because you

00:44:50can't pray all

00:44:51the time in

00:44:51your natural

00:44:52earthly language.

00:44:53I can't pray

00:44:54all the time

00:44:54in English,

00:44:56but you can

00:44:57in your mind

00:44:58or whispering

00:44:59pray in

00:45:01tongues or

00:45:01glosa.

00:45:02And that's

00:45:03why it says

00:45:04praying always

00:45:05with all

00:45:06prayer and

00:45:08supplication.

00:45:23And the

00:45:23only way to

00:45:24get through

00:45:24that list

00:45:25pray all

00:45:28have the

00:45:28ability to

00:45:29tongues.

00:45:31Then he

00:45:31says you

00:45:32have to

00:45:32watch with

00:45:32all

00:45:33perseverance

00:45:33and all

00:45:36supplication

00:45:37dieesis

00:45:38for the

00:45:39saints.

00:45:40The

00:45:40saint, that

00:46:09get ugly and

00:46:11it is ugly.

00:46:13Mark chapter

00:46:139, as you

00:46:15remember, a

00:46:17desperate dad

00:46:18in tears

00:46:20brought his

00:46:22son to

00:46:23the disciples

00:46:25to be

00:46:26delivered from

00:46:27a deaf and

00:46:27dumb spirit.

00:46:28The dad said

00:46:29it was a

00:46:29deaf and

00:46:30dumb spirit.

00:46:30He knew

00:46:31what it

00:46:31was.

00:46:32Unlike most

00:46:33Christians, back

00:46:33then, people

00:46:35were familiar

00:46:36with demons.

00:46:36They understood

00:46:37demonology and

00:46:38the spirit

00:46:39world better

00:46:40than we do

00:46:41now.

00:46:43And he

00:46:43brought his

00:46:44son to be

00:46:45healed.

00:46:45Well, unfortunately

00:46:46for him, but

00:46:49fortunately for

00:46:50us, Jesus and

00:46:54three of the

00:46:54disciples were

00:46:55up on the

00:47:04nine disciples

00:47:04that were left

00:47:06behind, the

00:47:08to keep

00:47:09everything in

00:47:09order until

00:47:10Jesus got

00:47:10back from

00:47:11the Mount,

00:47:13they attacked

00:47:14this demon and

00:47:16tried to get

00:47:16this demon out

00:47:17of this kid.

00:47:18Well, they

00:47:18did it in a

00:47:19public group

00:47:20setting, and

00:47:21the scribes

00:47:21were watching

00:47:22it, and

00:47:23they saw that

00:47:24this deaf and

00:47:24dumb spirit

00:47:25wasn't coming

00:47:26out.

00:47:28So, they

00:47:29started to

00:47:30tell the

00:47:30disciples,

00:47:31no, you're

00:47:31doing it

00:47:32wrong.

00:47:32King Solomon

00:47:33said to do

00:47:33it this way.

00:47:35And King

00:47:36Solomon had

00:47:36several writings

00:47:37about demonology

00:47:39and how to

00:47:40take care of

00:47:42demons.

00:47:44And Josephus

00:47:46mentions it.

00:47:48And so, the

00:47:48scribes were

00:47:49fighting with

00:47:50the nine

00:47:50disciples, the

00:47:51nine disciples

00:47:52were fighting

00:47:52with them,

00:47:53they were all

00:47:54debating back

00:47:54and forth,

00:47:55no, we do

00:47:56deliverance this

00:47:56way, no, we

00:47:57do it that

00:47:57way, just

00:47:58like nowadays,

00:47:59you know,

00:48:01just like

00:48:02today.

00:48:03You know,

00:48:03everybody has

00:48:04got a pitch

00:48:05telling you

00:48:06how to do

00:48:07deliverance

00:48:07and you'd

00:48:09be surprised

00:48:10how many

00:48:10people think

00:48:11they know

00:48:11how to do

00:48:11deliverance

00:48:12but can't

00:48:12do it.

00:48:13You'd be

00:48:13absolutely

00:48:14wrong.

00:48:15But anyway,

00:48:16they were

00:48:16fighting over

00:48:17it.

00:48:17Well, that

00:48:18confusion was

00:48:19exactly what

00:48:20a deaf and

00:48:21dumb spirit

00:48:22wants.

00:48:23Deaf and

00:48:23dumb spirits

00:48:24are way up

00:48:25here on the

00:48:27hierarchy of

00:48:28demons.

00:48:28They're not

00:48:29like regular

00:48:29demons,

00:48:30lust, fear,

00:48:31anger, they're

00:48:33all down here.

00:48:34Deaf and

00:48:34dumb spirits

00:48:35are controllers,

00:48:37what I call,

00:48:38and they are

00:48:39demons that

00:48:40are super

00:48:41powered.

00:48:41They're on

00:48:41steroids.

00:48:43They're

00:48:44animals.

00:48:45They're

00:48:45beasts.

00:48:47And to

00:48:48give you an

00:48:48idea how

00:48:49powerful the

00:48:49deaf and

00:48:50dumb spirits

00:48:50are, they

00:48:51cause autism,

00:48:55mental

00:48:56retardation,

00:48:58Down

00:48:58syndrome,

00:49:01illnesses like

00:49:01that,

00:49:02severe

00:49:03congenital

00:49:05illnesses.

00:49:06Almost all

00:49:07of them are

00:49:07caused by

00:49:07deaf and

00:49:08dumb spirits.

00:49:09And the

00:49:10demons are

00:49:11so powerful,

00:49:11they hit the

00:49:12kid in the

00:49:12womb.

00:49:14They hit him

00:49:15in the womb.

00:49:16And they're

00:49:16very difficult

00:49:17to get out.

00:49:18Well, these

00:49:18nine disciples

00:49:19couldn't get

00:49:21this demon

00:49:21out, and the

00:49:22scribes kept

00:49:23telling them

00:49:23they were doing

00:49:23it wrong, so

00:49:24there was a

00:49:24big argument.

00:49:25Well, anyway,

00:49:26you know the

00:49:27story.

00:49:28Jesus comes

00:49:29down off the

00:49:29Mount of

00:49:30Transfiguration.

00:49:31He just had

00:49:31the best day

00:49:32of his life.

00:49:33because he

00:49:34was essentially

00:49:35back home.

00:49:37The glory

00:49:37from the

00:49:38throne room

00:49:39that he had

00:49:40before he

00:49:40became a

00:49:41human came

00:49:43down on

00:49:43him, and

00:49:45he was back

00:49:45in his

00:49:46glory and

00:49:48felt better

00:49:51than he ever

00:49:51had.

00:49:52It was the

00:49:53greatest thing

00:49:53in the world.

00:49:54He was on

00:49:55cloud nine,

00:49:56to use a slang

00:49:57term.

00:49:58He comes down

00:49:59off the Mount,

00:49:59and of

00:50:00course, the

00:50:00devil dumps

00:50:01him in

00:50:01a gigantic

00:50:04pile of

00:50:05crap.

00:50:06The poor

00:50:08little kid

00:50:09is manifesting.

00:50:11He's got

00:50:11multiple

00:50:12disabilities,

00:50:13not just

00:50:14autism, but

00:50:15he's got

00:50:15physical

00:50:16disabilities.

00:50:17He's got

00:50:18severe suicide

00:50:19ideation.

00:50:21The demon

00:50:21keeps trying

00:50:22to kill the

00:50:22kid.

00:50:23The father

00:50:24is in a

00:50:25panic,

00:50:25watching this

00:50:26failed

00:50:27deliverance.

00:50:28He had

00:50:28brought this

00:50:28kid all

00:50:29this way,

00:50:30and they

00:50:31had all

00:50:32told him

00:50:32these stories.

00:50:34Go take

00:50:34him to

00:50:35Yahshua.

00:50:36Go see

00:50:37Jesus.

00:50:38Take your

00:50:38son there.

00:50:40He'll get

00:50:40healed.

00:50:41I guarantee

00:50:42it.

00:50:42Go see

00:50:42Jesus.

00:50:43So he

00:50:44traipses

00:50:44his son

00:50:45halfway

00:50:45across

00:50:45Judea and

00:50:47gets there,

00:50:48and Jesus

00:50:48isn't there.

00:50:49So you

00:50:50can imagine

00:50:50the heartache

00:50:52and the

00:50:52sorrow of

00:50:53this father.

00:50:53And then

00:50:55he gets

00:50:56stuck with

00:50:56the nine

00:50:56disciples,

00:50:57and they

00:50:58don't know

00:50:58what they're

00:50:59doing.

00:51:00And then

00:51:00on top of

00:51:01that,

00:51:01the scribes

00:51:02are telling

00:51:02the father,

00:51:04hey,

00:51:04they're doing

00:51:05it wrong.

00:51:05They're

00:51:06screwing up

00:51:06the deliverance.

00:51:08And you

00:51:10need to do

00:51:10it this way.

00:51:11And there's

00:51:12nothing worse

00:51:12in Christianity

00:51:14than getting

00:51:16an argument

00:51:16over how

00:51:18to do

00:51:19deliverance

00:51:20or some

00:51:21other

00:51:21strange

00:51:23theology

00:51:23everybody

00:51:24likes to

00:51:25fight over

00:51:26theology.

00:51:27Well,

00:51:27that gets

00:51:27you nowhere

00:51:27with the

00:51:28Lord.

00:51:29And that'll

00:51:29break your

00:51:30anointing down

00:51:30faster than

00:51:31you can even

00:51:32believe,

00:51:32arguing over

00:51:33theology.

00:51:34That is

00:51:34absolutely

00:51:35horrible.

00:51:36Fighting over

00:51:37water baptism.

00:51:40Now,

00:51:41do we get

00:51:41sprinkled?

00:51:42Do I get

00:51:43totally dunked?

00:51:45How can I

00:51:46hose you off?

00:51:47Turn on the

00:51:47hose.

00:51:48Everybody gets

00:51:49in a fight

00:51:50over stuff.

00:51:51And that's

00:51:51what happened

00:51:51that day.

00:51:52It was

00:51:52tragic.

00:51:53The nine

00:51:54disciples,

00:51:54they're so

00:51:55frustrated.

00:51:57The father's

00:51:58in tears.

00:51:59And finally,

00:52:00they look up

00:52:01and Jesus

00:52:01comes down

00:52:02off the

00:52:02mount,

00:52:03and there

00:52:03he is.

00:52:04So,

00:52:05the father

00:52:06runs to

00:52:07him and

00:52:10tells him

00:52:10the story.

00:52:11Look,

00:52:11my son

00:52:11has a

00:52:12deaf and

00:52:13dumb

00:52:13spirit.

00:52:15It's trying

00:52:15to kill

00:52:16him.

00:52:16It throws

00:52:16him into

00:52:16the water.

00:52:17It tries

00:52:17to drown

00:52:18him.

00:52:18It tries

00:52:18to burn

00:52:19him alive

00:52:19in the

00:52:19fire.

00:52:21He's

00:52:21got

00:52:21multiple

00:52:22disabilities.

00:52:23He's

00:52:23out of

00:52:23his

00:52:23mind.

00:52:26On and

00:52:26on the

00:52:27dad goes

00:52:27with tears.

00:52:28And then

00:52:28he says

00:52:29something

00:52:29that's

00:52:29very,

00:52:30very

00:52:31telling.

00:52:32He says,

00:52:33now remember,

00:52:34he had just

00:52:34gone through

00:52:35a failed

00:52:35deliverance

00:52:36with nine

00:52:36crackpot

00:52:37disciples and

00:52:38a bunch

00:52:38of kooky

00:52:39scribes.

00:52:41All of,

00:52:42everybody out

00:52:43of their

00:52:43mind,

00:52:44trying to

00:52:44cast a

00:52:44deaf and

00:52:45dumb

00:52:45spirit.

00:52:46Again,

00:52:47this wasn't

00:52:47a regular

00:52:47demon.

00:52:48This was

00:52:48one of

00:52:49the tough

00:52:50ones.

00:52:51Trying to

00:52:52cast him

00:52:52out,

00:52:53there's no

00:52:53way that

00:52:53was going

00:52:54to happen.

00:52:55Absolutely.

00:52:55Now,

00:52:55the demon

00:52:56knew it.

00:52:56He knew

00:52:56he had

00:52:57him.

00:52:57But now

00:52:58he's got

00:52:58a big

00:52:58problem

00:52:59because

00:52:59the Lord

00:53:00Jesus

00:53:00showed up

00:53:01and he

00:53:02doesn't

00:53:02have faith

00:53:03problems.

00:53:04He doesn't

00:53:04have confusion

00:53:05problems.

00:53:07And so

00:53:07Jesus asked

00:53:08the dad,

00:53:09when did

00:53:10this happen

00:53:11to him?

00:53:11And if you

00:53:11look in the

00:53:12Greek text,

00:53:12he says,

00:53:14when he was

00:53:14a baby.

00:53:16the deaf

00:53:17and dumb

00:53:17spirit got

00:53:18into the

00:53:18kid.

00:53:20The Greek

00:53:20word was

00:53:21breakfast when

00:53:22he was a

00:53:23baby.

00:53:25Amazing.

00:53:27And Jesus

00:53:28said,

00:53:29what's wrong

00:53:31with him?

00:53:32He said,

00:53:32well,

00:53:32he goes

00:53:32through this

00:53:33litany of

00:53:33symptomatology.

00:53:36And it was

00:53:37all bad,

00:53:38horrible.

00:53:38Well,

00:53:38at the same

00:53:39time,

00:53:40a whole bunch

00:53:41of people

00:53:41start running

00:53:42toward Jesus

00:53:44and the

00:53:45kid.

00:53:45because the

00:53:46kid is

00:53:46on the

00:53:47ground

00:53:47having

00:53:48seizures

00:53:49and he's

00:53:49manifesting

00:53:50and making

00:53:53a big

00:53:53scene.

00:53:55And in

00:53:56my

00:53:56deliverance

00:53:57ministry

00:53:57and in

00:53:58yours,

00:53:59don't get

00:54:01involved with

00:54:01manifestations.

00:54:02I don't get

00:54:03involved with

00:54:04manifestations at

00:54:05all.

00:54:05I just keep

00:54:06going to

00:54:07the person,

00:54:08trying to get

00:54:09them to

00:54:09repent and

00:54:10keep focusing

00:54:11on getting

00:54:12the demon

00:54:12out.

00:54:14The

00:54:14manifestations

00:54:14are not

00:54:16what's

00:54:16important.

00:54:18And the

00:54:20kid's

00:54:20manifesting,

00:54:21he's having

00:54:21epileptic

00:54:22seizures,

00:54:23he's

00:54:24fits in a

00:54:24fit,

00:54:25the Greek

00:54:25word is

00:54:26kuleo,

00:54:27he was in

00:54:28the dirt

00:54:28spinning around

00:54:29in a circle

00:54:30having a

00:54:31seizure.

00:54:32And I've

00:54:33actually seen

00:54:33people have

00:54:34seizures in

00:54:36my counseling

00:54:36career,

00:54:37secular career.

00:54:38I saw

00:54:38him have

00:54:39seizures and

00:54:39I saw

00:54:40the spinners.

00:54:41They would

00:54:42hit the

00:54:42ground and

00:54:42they would

00:54:43spin around

00:54:43having a

00:54:44seizure.

00:54:45It's terrible.

00:54:47Knocking over

00:54:47chairs,

00:54:48desks,

00:54:49breaking their

00:54:49legs,

00:54:49everything.

00:54:51And this

00:54:52kid started

00:54:53doing that and

00:54:53he started to

00:54:54draw a crowd.

00:54:56And then

00:54:57Jesus,

00:54:59as soon as

00:54:59he saw

00:55:00total confusion

00:55:01coming,

00:55:02he then

00:55:03attacked the

00:55:03deaf and dumb

00:55:04spirit.

00:55:04He'd heard

00:55:05enough.

00:55:05And he

00:55:07said,

00:55:07I charge

00:55:07you,

00:55:08thou deaf

00:55:08and dumb

00:55:09spirit,

00:55:09come out

00:55:10of the

00:55:10boy and

00:55:11never go

00:55:11back into

00:55:12the boy.

00:55:13And the

00:55:14kid had

00:55:15another seizure

00:55:16and screamed,

00:55:18boom,

00:55:18and the

00:55:18demon was

00:55:19gone.

00:55:19Deaf and

00:55:20dumb

00:55:20spirit,

00:55:21one of

00:55:21the

00:55:21super

00:55:22powered

00:55:23ones.

00:55:24Ouch.

00:55:26What a

00:55:27great story.

00:55:29And

00:55:29Jesus said

00:55:31something funny

00:55:32during that

00:55:32deliverance,

00:55:33as you

00:55:33remember.

00:55:35He said

00:55:36never come

00:55:36back into

00:55:37the boy

00:55:38again.

00:55:39Well,

00:55:39that's

00:55:40something you

00:55:40can do

00:55:41in

00:55:41deliverance,

00:55:42but you

00:55:43can't do

00:55:43it with

00:55:44an adult.

00:55:46Why would

00:55:47that be?

00:55:48Let me

00:55:48think about

00:55:49it.

00:55:50I got

00:55:50it.

00:55:51Free

00:55:51will.

00:55:53You

00:55:54cannot

00:55:54overrun

00:55:55someone's

00:55:55free will.

00:56:11free will.

00:56:19different story.

00:56:21So when we

00:56:22cast out demons

00:56:23out of children

00:56:23at the

00:56:24deliverance

00:56:24center here

00:56:25in Phoenix,

00:56:26we tell the

00:56:27demons to

00:56:28never come

00:56:28back.

00:56:29But we

00:56:30don't do

00:56:30that with

00:56:31the adults

00:56:31because we

00:56:32don't have

00:56:32that kind

00:56:33authority.

00:56:34I don't

00:56:35authority

00:56:35over your

00:56:36free will.

00:56:37You don't

00:56:38have authority

00:56:39over my

00:56:40free will.

00:59:17weak in the
