00:01:12This country is in major economic financial trouble.

00:01:18And here's what caused it.

00:01:20Human beings, by nature, if you give them money that's easy to get, they will suck it in.

00:01:33And in America, we call it credit.

00:01:43Well, in 2020, we had what?

00:01:45We had COVID, and the clock started ticking.

00:01:50And we're in big trouble now.

00:01:55So, if I was you, I'd get your financial house in order really quickly.

00:02:03There's going to be a major crash in the automobile market.

00:02:07If you're looking to buy a car, don't buy one now.

00:02:10Hang on for 2026, you'll be getting bargains you won't believe.

00:02:17If you want to invest any of your money, find some company that does repos, you'll be making a fortune.

00:02:23Student loan defaults, car repos, see all them skyscrapers downtown?

00:02:37Foreclosures coming left and right.

00:02:40Remember 2008?

00:02:43Do you?

00:02:44I do.

00:02:45That's where I lost most of my money.

00:02:482008 is going to hit us again.

00:02:50Major depression in the commercial real estate market.

00:02:54You own a home?

00:02:58Going down in value?

00:03:01Next 2026, it's going to be tough.

00:03:04Why?

00:03:07Credit.

00:03:10Capitalism runs on credit.

00:03:16You cannot have capitalism without credit.

00:03:20What happens when you have credit?

00:03:23Everybody borrows money.

00:03:26Too much money.

00:03:28And then they can't pay it back.

00:03:34You need to consolidate your bills.

00:03:37Stop unnecessary spending.

00:03:39If I was you, I would shut it down.

00:03:43ASAP.

00:03:45It's just going to get ugly.

00:03:48Real ugly.

00:03:51Remember at COVID?

00:03:53Work from home.

00:03:54Anybody remember any of that?

00:04:01They said, hey, we're making all kinds, saving all kinds of money, getting people working out of their homes.

00:04:18You know what filthy rich people invest in?

00:04:24Commercial real estate.

00:04:25You know what's going to happen to filthy rich people?

00:04:32All going broke.

00:04:35All going broke.

00:04:41That's a downer, brother of mine.

00:04:43No, I'm saying it because, you know, I'm talking to my friends.

00:04:47Listen, you need to make major changes in your finances and do it right now.

00:04:52Because hell is coming to breakfast.

00:12:21Overcoming disappointments.

00:12:23Man, I'll tell you what.

00:12:27Disappointments are utterly amazing.

00:12:29100% of everybody has them.

00:12:35There's no exception.

00:12:36Everybody has to fight through disappointments.

00:12:42Their entire life as a sinner

00:12:43and their entire life as a Christian.

00:12:46Things don't go the way you want it to.

00:12:50Things don't go the way they should.

00:12:52Things don't go the way you think they should.

00:12:55People say they're going to help you.

00:12:57They don't.

00:12:57People say they're going to help you.

00:12:59They don't show up.

00:13:00People let you down all the time.

00:13:03Friends, family, Christians, relatives.

00:13:05It doesn't matter who it is.

00:13:06They'll let you down constantly.

00:13:07Your spouse, your kids, your parents.

00:13:09It doesn't matter.

00:13:11What's all that?

00:13:13That's called humanity.

00:13:14It's called being a human being.

00:13:16And it is tough.

00:13:19Guess who else was a huge disappointment to some people?

00:13:22Well, Jesus Christ.

00:13:28He was a big disappointment.

00:13:31First to the Jews.

00:13:32Why were they so disappointed in Jesus?

00:13:35Well, because they had read all kinds of scriptures.

00:13:42And here's how human nature works.

00:13:45I mentioned it about credit.

00:13:49Here's what human nature is.

00:13:51When you're under pressure and you're facing disappointments and heartache and sorrow,

00:13:59it's natural for a person to gravitate to one side of a issue.

00:14:09And back in Christ's day, the Jews were under horrible bondage to the Romans.

00:14:18They were slaves.

00:14:21Rome controlled Israel.

00:14:24And Rome put Herod as the king of Israel because he was a Roman puppet.

00:14:32And the Jews hated the Romans.

00:14:35The Romans hated the Jews.

00:14:37They were prejudiced.

00:14:40They hated Jews.

00:14:42And to this day, unbelievable amounts of people all over the world hate who?

00:14:49Jews.

00:14:50Everybody hates the Jews.

00:14:52Well, Romans not only hated them, they abused them.

00:14:55They stole their money.

00:14:56They raped their women, everything.

00:14:58It was horrible.

00:15:00And so the Pharisees, the scribes, and the Sadducees naturally read the Old Testament

00:15:06prophecies about the Messiah.

00:15:08And they gravitated to what?

00:15:12The concept that he was going to come and deliver them.

00:15:17This was their expectations.

00:15:19The Messiah is coming.

00:15:20And he's going to deliver us from the bondage of Rome.

00:15:26That's the way almost all of them thought.

00:15:28And they read these scriptures.

00:15:31Isaiah 9.

00:15:32To us a child is born.

00:15:34To us a son is given.

00:15:35The government will be upon his shoulders.

00:15:37And his name shall be called Wonderful.

00:15:40He will be called Counselor.

00:15:41And Mighty God.

00:15:43And Everlasting Father.

00:15:45And the Prince of Peace.

00:15:47Isaiah chapter 7.

00:15:48The Lord himself shall give you a sign.

00:15:51Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son and call his name El Emmanuel.

00:15:57What does that mean?

00:15:59God who is present with us.

00:16:01Now, this Hebrew word has caused a lot of controversy over the years.

00:16:05I thought I would give you just a quick tip.

00:16:08It's this word, Alma.

00:16:11Alma.

00:16:11In Hebrew means young, maid, lass, or woman.

00:16:20A young person.

00:16:21And by implication, a virgin.

00:16:25Okay?

00:16:25But, it did not use this word, Bethulah.

00:16:30Which means, in Hebrew, a young woman who is definitely a virgin.

00:16:35So, the Jews use Alma to discredit our New Testament when it says that Jesus was born of a virgin.

00:16:52The Greek word Parthenos is definitely, definitely in Greek means a young girl who has never had intercourse.

00:17:01Like, Bethulah.

00:17:07You, Bethlehem.

00:17:08Micah chapter 5.

00:17:10Which means what?

00:17:12Bethlehem.

00:17:13The house of bread.

00:17:16Ephrathah.

00:17:17What does that mean?

00:17:18Fruitful.

00:17:19The fruitful house of bread.

00:17:21Bethlehem.

00:17:22Though you be little among the thousands of Judah, out of you shall come forth to me, he that is to be ruler in Israel, whose goings forth have been of old from everlasting.

00:17:36Isaiah chapter 11.

00:17:37There shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse.

00:17:40A branch will grow out of his roots.

00:17:44Oops.

00:17:44That will be closed with the spirit of wisdom and understanding, and the spirit of counsel and might, and the spirit of the knowledge of the fear of the Lord.

00:17:58These were all the scriptures they focused on.

00:18:01Why did they do that?

00:18:02Because people, by nature, when they need something, tend to focus on this and not read that.

00:18:09Part of all of us.

00:18:12They tend to look at that because they need that.

00:18:17They want that.

00:18:18They're desiring that.

00:18:21But they don't look at it objectively.

00:18:24And that's what happened to the Jews.

00:18:26When they were waiting for the Messiah, they were all waiting for what we see in Revelation, the second coming of Christ.

00:18:34To take over the planet.

00:18:37At the second coming of Christ in Revelation, what happens?

00:18:42China, Russia, Islam, who else, is all destroyed.

00:18:53They all die at Armageddon.

00:18:56There is no more Islam.

00:18:57There's no more other religions.

00:18:59There's no more Hinduism and Buddhism.

00:19:01Nothing.

00:19:02It's all wiped out.

00:19:04And that's what the Jews were expecting when Jesus was born 2,000 years ago.

00:19:12Well, they rejected him.

00:19:15John chapter 1.

00:19:16Jesus came to his own, and his own would not receive him.

00:19:22Matthew chapter 13.

00:19:24In them, Jesus is talking about these Jews, the scribes and Pharisees, is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah.

00:19:34Quick Bible note.

00:19:36When you see this in the King James Bible, that's the Septuagint.

00:19:40So, that's Isaiah translated in the Septuagint.

00:19:45And the Septuagint was what?

00:19:52That was the Bible translated from Hebrew into Greek.

00:19:57That's the Greek Old Testament.

00:19:59Hebrew Old Testament transferred into Greek.

00:20:02That happened about 300 years before Jesus was born.

00:20:06Why'd they do that?

00:20:06Well, the Hebrew scholars saw that Hebrew was a declining language, and Greek was a growing language.

00:20:18So, they said, hey, our Bible's going to be wiped out and forgotten.

00:20:21We need to translate this thing into Greek.

00:20:26Greek, so it doesn't lose its value.

00:20:31It's the mark.

00:20:33Correct?

00:20:35Okay.

00:20:36I'm not making this up, so don't look at me like that.

00:20:40But anyway, this was the translation from the Septuagint.

00:20:46Pretty neat.

00:20:48The Septuagint was the Bible Jesus read.

00:20:54Okay.

00:20:56By hearing, you'll hear, and you will not understand.

00:20:59Seeing, you shall not.

00:21:00You will see, but you will not perceive.

00:21:04Acts chapter 13.

00:21:05During the revival, Paul said to the Jews,

00:21:08and it says here, he waxed bold.

00:21:11Boy, that's putting it mildly.

00:21:13That took courage, you wouldn't believe.

00:21:16They hated Paul's guts.

00:21:18It was necessary that the word of God should first be spoken to you.

00:21:22That was God's plan.

00:21:23Remember, Jews first, then Gentiles, in that order.

00:21:28And then he said, since you put it from you, and you judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life,

00:21:36we go to, hey, we go to Mike.

00:21:42Yes.

00:21:43Thank you, Jews.

00:21:48I don't hate Jews.

00:21:49I like them.

00:21:51I got saved because of it.

00:21:57The Jews rejected Jesus.

00:21:59Why?

00:21:59They were disappointed in him.

00:22:01Man.

00:22:02What a major disappointment he was.

00:22:06Jesus said, I didn't come to destroy men's lives.

00:22:10I came to save them.

00:22:12The Son of Man didn't come to be served.

00:22:14He came to serve.

00:22:17What?

00:22:19That's not the Messiah we were looking for.

00:22:22They didn't read the other scriptures about the suffering Messiah.

00:22:26He would come first, and then later, they didn't bifurcate the concept.

00:22:33They got screwed up.

00:22:35Why?

00:22:36They wanted it.

00:22:38They wanted someone to deliver them.

00:22:42Well, in addition to that, the Christians were confused over him.

00:22:48Mark chapter 9.

00:22:49Jesus would, let's see, how many times, 12 or 13 in the New Testament.

00:22:58I forgot the number there.

00:22:59Excuse me.

00:23:00He would tell them about what was going to happen to him.

00:23:04And, well, that was a disappointment because the disciples, along with the unbelieving Jews,

00:23:11also were hoping that he, Armageddon.

00:23:16They wanted that.

00:23:20They were looking forward to that.

00:23:22They wanted to see him as the conquering Messiah, not this suffering one.

00:23:30Which led to what?

00:23:32Disappointment.

00:23:33Disappointment with God is always the same.

00:23:37Christians who are disappointed with him, and everybody has that from time to time,

00:23:42it's all based on one thing.

00:23:43Not understanding what he's up to.

00:23:47A lack of understanding of what God's purposes and plans are leads to disappointment in our soul.

00:23:56We see something from our carnal eyes with our basic human experience,

00:24:03and sometimes things happen that are way beyond that.

00:24:06They're spiritual.

00:24:08They're supernatural.

00:24:10And you're not able to grasp that.

00:24:12Paul explained it.

00:24:14He said,

00:24:15The natural man does not perceive the things of the Spirit of God.

00:24:21In our natural body, in our senses, we can't figure out spiritual things.

00:24:33It has to be discerned spiritually.

00:24:36The disciples couldn't do that.

00:24:41Jesus said,

00:24:42They're going to kill me, and I'm going to die.

00:24:46And I'm going to be raised the third day.

00:24:49Well, you can imagine the enormous disappointment that that caused,

00:24:54because they didn't understand what he was saying,

00:24:57and they were afraid to ask.

00:25:03Fear demons are the most annoying spirits in the kingdom of darkness.

00:25:10Fear demons are, in my mind, the most multitudinous demons.

00:25:19They help all the other demons out.

00:25:23Fear is how Satan controls Christians.

00:25:30People are controlled by fear.

00:25:35Fear demons are the most annoying, nauseating things in the world.

00:25:40They scare you, and you're afraid to ask questions.

00:25:45You're afraid to do what's right.

00:25:47You're afraid of making a mistake.

00:25:49You're afraid of looking bad.

00:25:51You're afraid of being criticized.

00:25:54You're afraid somebody will look at you.

00:25:56Weird.

00:25:58Fear is how Satan beats Christians in line.

00:26:03He makes them march and toe the line.

00:26:10Fear is the worst thing in the world for a Christian.

00:26:15The worst thing.

00:26:16And the disciples are sitting there with Christ.

00:26:21The Messiah is actually sitting there, live and in living color,

00:26:27and they're too afraid to ask him for clarification.

00:26:32Scared.

00:26:35Happens to this day.

00:26:36Matthew 16, from that time began Jesus to show his disciples how he must go to Jerusalem

00:26:43and suffer many things of the elders, chief priests, and scribes.

00:26:50Then he told them, I have to be murdered, but I will rise from the dead the third day.

00:26:57Oh, okay.

00:27:02Well, that's bad news.

00:27:04Peter freaked.

00:27:08Then Peter took him.

00:27:10Proslumbano is the Greek word.

00:27:11It means to, you know, aggressively take somebody over here.

00:27:16Kind of like a traffic stop that goes bad.

00:27:23You ever watch a traffic stop on YouTube?

00:27:27I've watched those once in a while when I get in a weird mood.

00:27:32If I'm kind of feeling sorry for myself and thinking, you know what?

00:27:37I need to watch a YouTube and see somebody worse off than me.

00:27:40Look, I can look on there, and the cops pull up to the car.

00:27:44Bump, bump, bump, bump.

00:27:46And this person in there is not in the mood to be arrested.

00:27:53In fact, they're not in the mood to do anything.

00:27:54They won't give them their license.

00:27:56They won't say anything.

00:27:58They won't do anything.

00:27:59And then later on, of course, they crash the window.

00:28:03Remember that?

00:28:04You ever seen one of those?

00:28:05Well, I know you know that.

00:28:07And then they reach in there, and they drag them out.

00:28:09Remember that?

00:28:10They drag you out of the car.

00:28:12See?

00:28:15Then they won't roll over, and then they make them roll over.

00:28:18Then they put your hands behind you, and they won't do it.

00:28:22And they force them to do it.

00:28:23See?

00:28:24The cops treat them like God won't treat you.

00:28:28See?

00:28:29God won't treat a Christian like that.

00:28:32He asks you.

00:28:33He recommends to you.

00:28:34He commands you.

00:28:35He tells you.

00:28:36And then he waits to see if you're going to obey.

00:28:41Okay?

00:28:42God will not force you to serve him.

00:28:46He will not handcuff you, stop you from sinning.

00:28:50He will not force you to do what's right.

00:28:54Peter yanks him aside.

00:28:56He's so upset.

00:28:57Then he rebukes him.

00:29:03Epidemiah was the same Greek word used to rebuke demons.

00:29:10When the Bible says you're rebuking spirits, the same word.

00:29:14Peter grabs the Messiah, yanks him over here, and starts to give him a piece of his mind.

00:29:21There are many, anybody that was almost out of pieces.

00:29:26I mean, it's scary.

00:29:28I've met many of them over the years.

00:29:30He began to rebuke the Lord, telling him, you're not going to do this.

00:29:36Why?

00:29:37He had the same concept.

00:29:39He didn't understand.

00:29:41They were too afraid to ask for clarification.

00:29:44He didn't understand that this was phase one of the Messiah.

00:29:50Armageddon is phase two.

00:29:52They couldn't grasp it.

00:29:54They wanted him to stay with them, for obvious reasons.

00:29:59And who wouldn't?

00:30:02Chapter 9.

00:30:03Let these sayings sink down in your ears.

00:30:05The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men.

00:30:09That concept was ridiculous.

00:30:11It was insane.

00:30:13None of them could grasp it.

00:30:16But they did not understand what he said.

00:30:19And it was hidden from them.

00:30:21You wouldn't believe how many times I've seen this happen in the deliverance ministry.

00:30:27I'm going to go thousands.

00:30:30Demons are capable of actually blocking your mind from receiving truth.

00:30:39They can supernaturally.

00:30:41How do they do it?

00:30:41I don't know.

00:30:43They supernaturally block the person from receiving truth.

00:30:49You know?

00:30:49And it's easy to see that somebody's being treated that way by a demon.

00:30:54You know how it is?

00:30:56Because you keep telling them something over and over and over again.

00:31:01You go through it once, twice, three times, four times, ten times, six times.

00:31:09And they're sitting there staring at you.

00:31:10Their minds are blocked.

00:31:16They cannot receive truth.

00:38:43These are Romans killing everybody.

00:38:48There were so many executions around Jerusalem.

00:38:53They ran out of crosses to kill people.

00:38:56Now, males, 17 and over, were sentenced to hard labor or the athletic ones were trained to be gladiators and killed in the Roman Colosseum.

00:39:16Unbelievable level of destruction.

00:40:57Jesus hung back till Lazarus died and he couldn't go back to help him because he had to have him dead four days.

00:41:16Jews had a tradition that the spirit of the person stayed around the grave for three days.

00:41:21But after three days, the spirit went to heaven or hell or wherever it went.

00:41:26So Jesus waited four days.

00:41:29Nobody understood what he was doing.

00:41:32Christians who don't understand God always get disappointed.

00:41:39Not understanding God's plans or purposes always leads to confusion and disappointment in Christians.

00:41:53Martha says, runs out to see him, said, Lord, if you had been here, my brother had not died.

00:41:58Translation, I'm so disappointed in you.

00:44:29Christian disappointment is always based on a lack of understanding what the good Lord is up to.

00:45:57That's the natural byproduct of people who are religious.

00:46:07that you've got to do certain things to be accepted by God.

00:46:15When in fact, God knew you before the foundation of the world

00:46:21and accepted you before you were born.

00:46:33You didn't go through any rituals in your mother's womb, did you?

00:46:39Was that me having gas or was that on the thing?

00:46:43Huh? You did nothing, friend.

00:46:45Again, the rich young ruler doesn't understand the concept of salvation and grace

00:46:54and the purpose of the Messiah coming to die for our sins.

00:46:59He doesn't get it, so he thinks he has to do things.

00:47:02And that's perfectly normal.

00:47:04Nobody's criticizing him because he was raised in Judaism.

00:47:06And Judaism was a system of doing things, practicing certain things to fulfill the law.

00:47:17So he was naturally coming out of that.

00:47:19And he says, what should I do, practice, to have eternal life?

00:47:25And Jesus said, why are you calling me good?

00:47:27There's no one good but God.

00:47:30It calls him on how he addressed Jesus by saying that he was just a good teacher.

00:47:36Obviously, he's much more than that.

00:47:38He says, if you want to enter into eternal life, here.

00:47:41Here's what I want you to do.

00:47:42Here's what the law says.

00:47:46Keep the commandments.

00:47:48And then the young ruler says, what?

00:47:51Which ones?

00:47:54And Jesus said, you know what they are.

00:47:56He goes through a quick list, right?

00:48:02Murder, adultery, stealing, lying, right?

00:48:06Honoring your father and mother.

00:48:09Loving your neighbors yourself.

00:48:14And then the rich, long ruler looks at him and goes, wow.
