00:00The Mavericks welcome Max Christie back to the floor after he missed two games due to an illness
00:08and he jumped right back into that offensive rhythm and did not miss a beat. He knocked down
00:12a few early three-pointers to ignite that offensive scoring advantage. Considering that this is a
00:18consecutive meeting between the two teams, it also meant a consecutive night of accolades for
00:22veteran Klay Thompson as he etched on another accomplishment of reaching 17,000 career points.
00:28Along with that, Thompson had another great scoring night as he achieved 23 points just
00:32ahead of halftime and finished 58% from beyond the arc. Each quarter of this game had the Mavericks
00:38name on it as they were able to maintain a score cushion of at least 10 plus points and get out
00:43and transition to capitalize on 30 of those fast break baskets. Brandon Williams had a great night
00:48attacking and finishing at the rim as well as Najee Marshall and Dallas was able to accumulate 54
00:53points inside the paint. We heard from Max Christie on how it feels to be backed and he said we're
00:57playing with pace and confidence, especially on that three-point arc. That was a point of emphasis
01:02earlier this season and we shot 41 threes tonight. If we keep up that three-point volume, we'll be in
01:07a good position to win. The Mavericks will head to New York on Monday night to take on the New York
01:11Knicks. For all things Mavs, tune into Spectrum Cable, Channel 15, Wednesdays and Thursday nights at
