00:10Both sides are still negotiating, which is absolutely great.

00:13But talks are stalled due to major disagreements on contract length.

00:17But here's our MLB insider John Heyman on the hold up with the potential new deal.

00:29It is over the length of the deal.

00:31The Yankees offered a five-year deal for somewhere in the neighborhood of $155 million.

00:40I don't think there are deferments, but I think they will add an opt-out if he wants that.

00:51Right now they are talking though, so I wouldn't give up on the Yankees and Bellinger.
