00:42I think that makes it more likely that we will strike.
00:44But I imagine that the administration is going to ask our intelligence community, particularly the CIA,
00:51what strikes would be more enhancing to the protests that are going on?
00:55And would these strikes potentially detract from their efforts?
01:00In other words, would the regime simply say, OK, so this is all being orchestrated by the United States?
01:04It's not legitimate.
01:06I don't think that's obviously the case.

01:09But that's one of the factors, I believe, that the president and his National Security Council
01:15will be taking into account when they make the decision on whether to strike.
01:18But if they do, it'll be against regime targets, probably the IRGC, maybe their besiege force,
01:26which is an internal paramilitary force that's very heavy-headed,
01:30probably causing most of the casualties with protesters.
01:34I think that's where the strikes will be focused.
