00:00Well, I think the Iranians have to be a little careful and not let any hubris get into their
00:05thinking and their negotiating strategy. In my experience with negotiating with the Iranians
00:10and past administrations, they're very, very effective negotiators. In fact, I would joke
00:16with my lieutenants in the State Department. I said, when we go into a room with Iranian negotiators,
00:20make sure you have one hand on your wallet, because when you leave the room, you may not
00:24have that wallet. And that's a humorous way of saying that they're very adept. So I think
00:30they're looking at this negotiation very skillfully. But I just hope that hubris doesn't interfere
00:39with maintaining an effective dialogue with the United States.
