01:17Magbibigay po tayo ng one-time waiver of interest para po doon sa mga employers
01:26na meron po nitong premium, missed premium contributions.
01:30But gusto ko lang din pong i-clarify, Asek, na again, ang wini-waive po natin yung interest.
01:37Yun pong mga missed premium contributions, ay yun po ang kailangan nilang isettle.
01:42But because alam naman po natin na yung pong mga missed premium contributions
01:49ay napapatawan o nabibigyan ng surcharge ng 3% computed, compounded monthly,
01:57so medyo malaki po yung ating interest as provided by the Universal Healthcare Act.
02:04Kung kaya't meron pong mga employer na nahihirapan na i-settle yung kanilang account.
02:10And so we are giving them now the chance na mabayadan yung kanilang missed premium contributions
02:17through this one-time waiver of interest.

04:03na merong may mga missed premium contributions.

04:08But for now, ASSEC, ang uunahin po natin would be those who are employed.
